I had a really pleasant stay here till I decided to extend my stay. my husband and 16 month daughter also enjoyed it too! all staffs are friendly. the weather was perfect, 2 days full of fog and it were truly amazing 2 nights stays for us. definitely will comeback and recommend this hotel to all my friends!

the room was very clean. the bathroom also very clean. even though the room is small but there is direct access to swipping pool (cabanas) the price also very friendly.

I apologize, when I checked in, why was I given the room at the very end, even though before check-in I had already informed that I wanted the middle one and one in front of the swimming pool, the staff had already answered that, and when I was given the room key, I saw that I was given the one at the very end, I wanted to go back to the receptionist and ask for the middle one, but oh well.

This is my first time staying here, the staff are friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, the bathroom is also clean and fragrant, the water heater and all the facilities are working well, the swimming pool is clean, the food in the restaurant is also delicious plus there is live music because it happened to be staying on the weekend, then the breakfast is also delicious and there are quite a lot of choices of breakfast menu, the only drawback of this hotel is that it is not soundproof, the sound of motorbikes/cars is very noisy because the hotel is located right in front of the road, those who usually like to sleep in a quiet atmosphere will have a hard time sleeping because of the sound of road users, if only the soundproofing was perfect, this hotel would be perfect, so far if I go to Puncak again, I want to come back to stay at this hotel, I want to try another room type...

This is my first time staying at the Grand Metro Hotel. The room is clean, comfortable, the food menu is delicious and has a lot of variety. Breakfast for a 6 year old child is charged 75k, which is actually not worth it because the child only eats a little cereal and one piece of chocolate toast. The downside is that the hotel is located on the side of the road so it is noisy from the sound of passing vehicles.
