At the time of check-in it was crowded, but we were invited to sit by the manager, and there were snacks provided for those waiting to check in, the manager was very friendly and even offered us another drink. We were upgraded to a level 1 higher room.

The location is in the middle of Sudirman Street, but it's difficult to get out on Sunday mornings because of the CFD. It's a one-way street, so you have to go around if you want to enter the hotel.

A pleasant experience, getting a connecting room that perfectly suited my needs. The pool, location, and service were all good, the only downside was the breakfast, which was 90% carbs. The only protein I found was eggs. They said there was chicken in the main course, but I didn't see it.

first thing first.. I like the interior of the room. superior type. they have sofa, so comfortable. the color look so modern. but no window view. its ok. the staff are kindly, security, all housekeeping and reception they are so friendly. they have swimming pool and clean. everyone so help full. I think the noted only for the smell of the soap. I think its time to change varian smell.. they have many menu for breakfast, most of menu is carb, but I love ayam kecap, lopis and salad. kindly want to stay here again and again next time..

I've stayed here several times in Pekanbaru. There's also a swimming pool, which my kids can enjoy, as it also has a slide. The breakfast selection is also quite extensive. I'll likely return here next time I visit Pekanbaru.
