Holiday Inn CIKARANG JABABEKA, an IHG Hotel

My first time staying here, it was such a Pleasant experience. The Staff is very helpful, the bedroom is clean, and the food have a lot of variant and taste good. The only MINUS is, the bathroom, please put more attention to the closet hygiene, it looks clean at first, but when we're on the bathub you can see the dirt in the rim and it smells bad. Havent try the other facility, but really sure will be staying again thanks. Just please mind more the closer hygiene. Thank you. Please keep it up.

Have fun with kiddos' staycation in Holiday Inn Jababeka. Room clean, swimming pool clean, toilet clean. Kids very happy staying here and we are enjoy sleeping for 2 night 👍 Helpful staff, nice breakfast and food good of course

The hotel is quite good. With spacious and clean rooms. The receptionist was friendly and alert, especially when I was checked in, served by Ms. Indah. Super friendly and very kind to the point where I want to take the key upstairs, basically the receptionist is good, of course there is a good mood. Keep it that bitchy, just keep it in the back, don't deal directly with the customer.

The hotel corresponds to the picture, the FO is friendly, the check-in is fast, the rooms are spacious, complete with ironing bathrobes, the swimming pool is wide and varied and the best is there is an onsen which can really make you relax after the gym, all facilities are provided for free, great the service holiday inn is not useless all the way to cikarang, the breakfast is very varied until the sushi is there for taste.

Rooms are okay, staff service is okay, breakfast is okay.

Alhamdulillah. Akhirnya bisa merasakan nginep di Hotel yang berkualitas. Fasilitas Luar biasa, sangat lengkap, kamar bersih, wangi, kasur dan bantal empuk banget, TV gede biasanya 32 inc. Ini kayanya 53 inci deh. Sabunnya bukan main-main, pake dove cair isi ulang, ada sampo dan pelembab juga, anak-anak saya sangat puas dan senang disni, terlebih labih makanannya lengkap dan enak-enak, sampe bingung mau makan yang mana dulu, kolam renang bersih banget, tempat gym lengkap, kalo malem cantik pemandangan lampu-lampunya, terlebih lagi yang paling penting Resepsionia Mbak Mira disni sangat membantu untuk dapat kamar yang saya mau, ada welcome drink, naah. Musibahnya anak saya ke jepit pintu kaca, untung petugas banyak bantu dan dikasih juga minuman coklat gratis, luar biasa lah pokonya. Ga bisa diceritakan semua, harus nyobain langsung, terima kasih Holiday Inn. Sukses selalu.

Pengalaman mengesankan staycation di Holiday Inn Cikarang, pelayanan great customer excellent. Special thanks to Mbak Indah dan Mbak Rini yang telah membantu set up kamar untuk birthday anak saya serta untuk upgrade kamarnya. Awal kedatangan sebenernya agak kecewa dengan adanya event meeting di hotel ini yang kurang terorganisir dengan baik, banyak peserta event berkerumun di sekitar event menyebabkan susah akses parkir kendaraan dan itu sangat crowded. Sempet complaint ke front office dan surpsrise banget complaint saya bener-bener ditanggapi dengan baik. Thanks to Mbak Nurul udah kasih kompensasi atas keluh kesah saya. Kamar nyaman bersih dan luas. Fasilitas hotel memanjakan semuanya. Breakfast di restoran enak dan menunya variatif dilayani dengan baik oleh Mbak Siti. Akan lebih sempurna kalau bisa Smart TV di kamar untuk menikmati Netflix dan sebagainya. Thanks Holiday Inn Cikarang, bakal balik lagi untuk liburan mendatang.

Hotelnya bersih dan room nya gede, bagus untuk keluarga yang bawa anak-anak, apalagi pool nya bikin anak happy dah males kemana-mana kalau udah sampe sini pinginnya berenang makan tidur. Makasih buat Pak Rully udah di bantu pindah kamar ke view pool. Pasti balik lagi.
