Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA PLUIT CITYGATE, an IHG Hotel

A great place to stay! Just beside the Emporium Mall. Great ambience and service, all of the staff including the security and receptionist are really really helpful yet friendly. The room and bathroom are clean and so comfy. Breakfast also good and variety. Keep up the good work! ✨

It was nice to stay here. The bedroom is spacious, clean and comfy. The view from the window was amazing. The breakfast was okay. Overall it was great. Will recommend this place to my friends. Thank you.

The check-in process is fast, the room is spacious and clean, but the view is not that attractive. The security near the elevator is also friendly and very helpful, thumbs up for him 👍. For breakfast, it's okay, it's just less varied, but finding food is easy because it's connected to Emporium Mall. Overall staying at Holiday Express is enjoyable and will come back again if you go to Jakarta.

The food is delicious, it's pretty good for this room price.

The room smells of chemicals, it makes you short of breath, said the cleaning service, just spraying. Ask for treatment, a little tolerable but not completely lost. And what made me shake my head the most was the breakfast, like feeding the elderly, the fried rice was soggy, it wasn't clear, the texture of the stewed chicken was similar to porridge, the chicken porridge was brown in color. I swear I don't understand the fnb section, it's really not worth it. Dirty breakfast place/location. Oh my gosh.

Setelah sekian lama akhirnya kembali nginap di sini, suka sama view, sarapannya, nyaman, mau makan yang lain tinggal turun ke bawah langsung masuk mall.

Staffnya ramah dan baik sekali (semangat kerja kaka-kaka). Menginap 2 malam karena menemani adik bekerja. Menu sarapan tidak banyak variasi terhitung sedikit untuk hotel sekelasnya, fasilitas kamar sesuai aplikasi, bantal terlalu tipis, sempat ragu tapi ternyata hotel ini menyediakan mukena untuk saya pinjam selama menginap (Terima kasih). Mungkin hotel ini khusus untuk tamu menengah ke atas karena hanya menyediakan parkir khusus roda 4 di lantai 5 yang akses liftnya mudah langsung naik ke lobby di lantai 10:(untuk tamu hotel dengan roda 2 parkir menyatu dengan mall yang akses liftnya rumit ketika harus keluar dipagi hari sebelum mall beroperasi:) hanya lift barang/karyawan yang beroperasi, jadi harus keliling cari lift di dalam mall dan adapun lift dari hotel yang langsung menuju ground jauh sekali berjalan kaki menuju parkiran roda 2:(begitupun keluar dari area gedung ini khusus roda 2 melalui gate belakang (memutari gedung jika kearah pantai indah kapuk).

View kamar tidak bagus hanya bisa melihat atap pabrik. Lobby hotel di lantai 10 akses dari mall mudah hanya saja dari lift ke lobbynya jalan agak jauh melewati koridor dimana tidak ada security. Keamanannya sangat minim, siapapun dapat akses ke lantai kamar tanpa punya kunci kamar. Saya menemukan 1 WNA mencoba membuka pintu kamar saya di lantai 4, ternyata dia salah lantai yaitu di lantai 3. Bagaimana bisa tamu lantai 3 naik ke lantai 4? Breakfast berantakkan dengan variasi makanan sedikit. Pegawai restoran sangat ramah-ramah dan membantu. Pegawai Front Office yang perempuan jutek, tidak seramah yang laki-laki. Kamar bersih, AC dingin, air panas menyala dengan baik hanya handle hand shower kendor jadi pancuran air jatuh ke lantai. Saran: Tingkatkan keamanan hotel dan perbanyak variasi sarapan.
