Housekeeping staff always knock on the door to ask whether the room needs to be cleaned or not, and when experiencing problems such as needing an iron or cutlery, the hotel staff immediately provides assistance.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Would definitely return in the future. The staff was really helpful at all times and the security always made sure I knew where I was going and I was safe upon return. The only thing would be to upgrade the breakfast menu, but everything else was really suitable as it's in a central location.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at the Horison Hotel. The staff are always friendly and communicate well. The location is perfect because it is easy to find daily needs such as food, laundry, etc. Also, its near from the airport. The room and bathroom are clean. Check in and check out are easy and smooth. Will come back for sure!

It's a bit disappointing to stay in a hotel like Horison which is a national standard with the following conditions. 1. When we arrived, the AC was hot and not cool. Even though it was fixed, it was still not as cool as using a fan. 2. The refrigerator did not work. 3. The work desk was not sturdy and we were worried it would collapse.
