Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were also smooth, as the service was fast and easy. The rooms were clean, the hotel atmosphere was calm, and the environment was comfortable for relaxing. Highly recommended, and I'd definitely return.

The service is very satisfying, all the staff are very polite and helped our needs from the first time we arrived until we left yesterday. CS is also always on time every day to clean the room. It is better to stay here including BF because the menu is varied and delicious. Naan bread and accompanying sauce (if I'm not mistaken, aloo gobi?) are delicious The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. In our opinion, the location is also very strategic. In the morning you can walk to Kuta Beach for exercise, then close to Beachwalk. Around the hotel there are also many cafes/restaurants and souvenir sellers 🤍🤗.

Strategically located close to the entertainment center and Kuta Beach, although traffic jams are common on the way to the hotel. Parking is not plentiful. Room rates are competitive. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, although some areas still have broken appliances. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. All the staff are friendly and helpful. It could be a great alternative for your next vacation 👍

The staff is friendly and cooperative. There was one incident during breakfast when a foreign guest's toddler got out of sight and fell into the pool. The head staff member was very quick to jump in. It definitely deserves a thumbs up.

(+) The location is strategic, the facilities are quite complete with a hairdryer, iron, etc., the swimming pool is spacious, the service is very friendly and efficient, there is a prayer room on the second floor, and the breakfast menu is pork-free. (-) The room is in the Legian area, so it's noisy at night. Even though our room was on the sixth floor, the sound of the discotheque could be heard. It's quite disturbing if you need a peaceful sleep. But overall, this hotel is comfortable 👍🏻✨
