The location is close to Pasteur Main Street and is easily accessible. The hotel staff are experienced, from the receptionist to the cleaning team, they are super friendly and helpful. The room is in decent condition, the bathroom is okay, just lacking a smart TV. The shortcomings are made up for by the super friendly staff. The gentleman at the reception helped carry your luggage to your room, something you haven't seen in a modern hotel. This legendary hotel is truly different, with excellent service. Stay healthy, everyone at Nyland Hotel. Thank you.

I've stayed at Nyland twice. It's very close to Cititrans Pasteur. So for those who need to return to Jakarta early in the morning, this hotel is the right choice. The room is also clean. The water heater works well.

The room was spacious and as requested. It was also clean and in a strategic location. However, the last time I couldn't open the room, the door lock battery was said to be low and needed to be charged. In the end, I waited about 15 minutes before I could enter the room.
