The hotel is good, located at a very strategic location in the central of Solo city. All of the culinary spots are nearby and at walking distance. My kids enjoy their time at the swimming pool as well, and I enjoyed the fitness centre. It is a good hotel for family and staycation in Solo city.

I'd booked the hotel two weeks in advance, specifying that I'd requested connecting rooms, early check-in, and smoking. Since I was bringing a small group, I had to ensure their comfort, as we'd be staying for two nights. Then I confirmed again by phone a week before arriving that I wanted early check-in and a smoking room. I still remember the response: "No promises, you can just come to the hotel later." I thought, "Okay." On the day, I arrived at 9:30 a.m. to ask if early check-in was possible. The answer was no, the earliest was 11 a.m. Okay, I accepted, so my small group and I decided to detour around Solo first. We returned at 11 a.m., and... it wasn't possible. Oh my God. We ended up waiting in the restaurant. The next mistake was the locked connecting door. It should have been unlocked from the start, but instead we had to wait for the staff to come and unlock it. And both of the rooms I'd booked were non-smoking. When we called the receptionist, they said they could change it, but only after 2 p.m. Okay, I'm fed up, so I just accept it. Forced. We were supposed to check out Sunday afternoon, but we ended up checking out at 6 a.m. Sunday morning. The service was terrible. We weren't even given a small towel to wipe the floor on the second day of our stay. I already said I didn't mind the extra cost, but this was purely the fault of Ibis's chaotic management. Unless I booked last minute, then it was my fault. With 14 business days to wait, my written note and verbal requests felt ignored. Bad, bad experience.

Nice location (near from CFD area), friendly staff, but unfortunately they didn't have any bellboy standby, so when arrived (around 8 pm), we didn't get any help for for luggage handling. But overall, it was very nice to stay at this hotel.

We apologize. Our last visit to this hotel was less than satisfactory. The bolster was damaged and brownish (the dacron was coming out of its sheath), but the staff quickly replaced it. The breakfast buffet had a single ladle used alternately for porridge and soto soup. We hope this will be addressed by hotel management. We apologize. We hope this will lead to future improvements. I really enjoyed staying at the Ibis Hotel. The staff were very friendly and the access was easy. I hope to stay here again next year. The only downside was that my room's TV hadn't been upgraded to a smart TV, so I couldn't watch YouTube.

I was given room no. 942, the AC wasn't cold, I complained to CS, it was fixed but it still wasn't cold, I stayed in a hot room. I regretted it. It made me uncomfortable and I wanted to check out before the time.

i ask the staff to clean my room and ask about the ac because it was hot, they never clean my room but overall the stay is enjoyable

The check-in process was quite long, up to 20 minutes, check-in for 1 night and for 3 rooms.. 2 rooms were ok, 1 room had hot AC (already called the technician), the water tap in the sink was also a doll (the technician had been informed), the glass door of the toilet was stuck to the floor so it was very annoying and I was very worried that the glass door would break, the clothes hanger on the toilet door was loose, and the most annoying thing was that the power plugs on the bed backdrop were all dead, so I could only plug the power in at the existing work desk.. It was quite a bad experience staying here, even though I have been here several times and have always been satisfied and come back again.. My suggestion to the management of Ibis Styl Solo is to check the rooms, so that reject rooms that are not suitable for sale should not be sold.. So it's disappointing..
