quite happy to stay here. I started from the beginning of entering the hotel location was greeted well by security. then I entered the reception to check in And was served by the FO very well. then I was escorted by the staff to the room. The type of room I booked is a forest suite. for the room is spacious enough for me. has a comfortable bed. as well as the bathroom which is also equally spacious. for the privacy of the room is a little lacking because there is no soundproofing so sounds from outside can still be heard and vice versa. for the ambiance outside the room is very calming with typical sounds like in the forest. really can be calming accompanied by afternoon snacks (I ordered coffee tubruk, surabi banana cheese, tofu filling. all of them are delicious for me) suitable to accompany the evening air before Maghrib (especially when I stayed it was raining). for the ambiance At night for those of you who are afraid do not need to be afraid because this hotel is really bright at night (in fact it becomes very beautiful with the cold air because it has rained). you can see some of the photos I uploaded. beautiful right ???. Short review we jump to the morning. Once again I say the ambiance here is very fresh and calming. Suitable for those of you who want to find a cool atmosphere like in Puncak Bogor. At 6:30 I immediately requested breakfast. The delivery was quite fast for me (for breakfast at this hotel the system is delivered to the room, not a buffet). For food, I ordered boiled Tek-Tek noodles and village fried rice. For drinks, I ordered hot plain tea and hot sweet tea. I highly recommend both, especially the boiled Tek-Tek noodles. The taste is savory (I think they are given shrimp so they are very savory and suitable for the cool morning air). For the village fried rice, it is also the same (they are given shrimp but maybe a little too much shrimp so it is salty, but it is still delicious). There are some PRs but I can understand. Thank you to the staff for the good service

The pool, also known as the Jacuzzi, couldn't be filled with water due to leaks. The faucet also leaked. Hot water capacity was limited to 50 liters. Insects entered the toilet. The toilet was damp before use. The cleanliness of the outside of the room and the hotel area was dirty. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable. I stayed from November 4-5, 2025.

The place is cool, peaceful, serene, natural, and very natural, far from the crowds. It was a pleasure to stay here. The service was great and fast, thank you 🙏

Staying with the refreshing sensation of trees and a pool. The bathroom and pillows were a bit smelly (thankfully, I always bring one), but the surroundings and air were great for refreshing from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room was very poorly maintained. Many corners were dusty, the walls were covered in stickers, there were cigarette butts, and the toilet flush button was loose. The price didn't match the condition of the room, which was not well-maintained.

Actually, if the room facilities were given more attention, for example, the peeling walls or the slightly cracked bedside table or the wallpaper was repaired, it might be better, it looks like it's been there for a long time, there are stains... the story is that there is a tub for maybe you can soak in the room, but the water flow is not strong... so yeah, I'm confused about whether the tub will be filled with water maybe who knows when... the atmosphere is nice, really natural vibes... but the room and facilities are a bit disappointing

The experience was so great! The only problem is hot water. We really need free flow hot water especially in Lembang.

The hotel area is clean. Perfect for a honeymoon. Cool. Quiet. The bathtub is great. 😂 The water heater feels endless for filling the bathtub and shower.

The service is friendly, the place is also cool

It might be uncomfortable for the timid, but for the brave and nature-loving, this is the best. Wake up to the view of trees, the sound of trickling water in a small river, and if you want to swim, there's a swimming pool. If you want to relieve work stress, you can do it.

I was hesitant at first because I got the room at the very end. But it turned out that the one at the very end was the best, the door was glass so it had a direct view of the forest. There was no AC but it was cold, the bathroom and pool were spacious. The atmosphere was cool, the pool was clean. Highly recommended for those who want to honeymoon or who like a forest atmosphere like this. Maybe the only downside is the bathroom water, it took a long time to fill up and sometimes the water wasn't hot. Anyway, I will definitely come back again

Hotel was great, middle in nature, all green, bird sounds, and waterfall sounds.

Overall, Imah Seniman is really nice and comfortable, the food is also delicious, but the accommodation is really cold and tends to be in Lembang, so some of the pillows are moldy so we have to ask for replacements, but overall it's really good
