Junjungan Ubud Hotel and Spa

Me and two of my friends stayed for a week together here and we were beyond impressed with the hospitality and kindness of the staff. They always made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay, and also helped organize activities for us in ubud. The food was always excellent and beautiful! We will miss all the lovely staff dearly, and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was fabulous! The room was spotless and had everything we needed. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff were. Every single staff was smiling all the time and they were constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay, hotel staff are really friendly and the free shuttle service to Ubud centre was a bonus.

Staff were so kind and helpful, the property is beautiful and quiet. Delicious breakfast, amazing massage, and a wonderful all-day tour! We stayed at another hotel after this one and immediately missed the experience. Can't recommend it enough!

The property is old and needs bit of repairs when it comes to washroom or fan. The fan is there but doesn’t work and at night AC is not enough. The housekeeping guys are very hard working and super polite. The lady that did our check in was not very pleasant but the lady that did our check out is super sweet. She was very professional and easy to understand our needs. Will definitely recommend them if you want to be away from crowd and busy city vibe. .

This was an amazing find. Beautiful place with the most helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious with a peaceful balcony overlooking the rice fields. The pool area is nice and relaxing. The breakfast served was delicious and cooked fresh to order. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, they helped us get tickets to the kecek dance, hire a motorbike and organise their free shuttle uminto Ubud centre (which is only 5 minutes away!). Overall we had a great stay, I would recommend to anyone and definitely would not stay anywhere else in Ubud!

The staff at Junjungan Hotel are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! They offer a free shuttle into town each day which made my stay easier so that I could tour the city centre and all that it has to offer. I liked staying a little outside the busy city core. There is a circle K, Circle M and Hari Mart just a few steps away from the hotel which I found very helpful for my needs. PS: Hari’s Mart offers the better prices! I opted to include my breakfast with my stay and it was outstanding!! Excellent food and large portions. Even when I left early for tours they happily packed me a to-go lunch! You must pre-order breakfast and time 2 days in advance as the cook comes to specially prepare your breakfast. There are 8 selections to choose from. The Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng were delicious!!

Breakfast always come with fresh fruits and i always eats them while looking at the view of ricefields from the balcony. The area is very quiet, and calming as the facility is a distance away from Ubud Central but not too far that travelling by vehicles is an inconvenience. If you can't rent motorbike the hotel also has shuttle that can take you to Ubud Central. The staff is very helpful and the room is really clean.

I loved my stay at the Junjungan Hotel in Ubud. My room was beautifully furnished and spacious, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommended.

The STAFF were superb! Felt like royalty living there we felt so special. The food was excellent! The room was very spacious, with lovely huge stone tub so water did not cool off easily so that was our hot tub! King sized canopy bed. The pool could have been bigger and more sun around it. Felt like we were living in a jungle.. good feeling though not negative at all. 1 free shuttle per day return to Ubud Central. Loved our stay! Recommend for a peaceful romantic stay ❤️🇨🇦
