Based on my experience (trip with bestie - twin bed room), the hotel atmosphere was really calming and I found it comfortable to stay here. The hotel had a nice swimming pool, and each room seemed to have a balcony facing toward the pool. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I actually got a problem with the AC on the 1st day, which wasn't cooling enough after running some time, so I complained to the staff. They then worked on it immediately and patiently handled the case. But, it seemed the AC needed to be repaired thoroughly and might take 2 days, so they provided me another room with great AC - I was thankful for the quick solution. For breakfast, they provided almost the same thing every day, such as bread-jam-cereal for western style and rice-veggie-noodle-chicken/else for local style. As for the taste, it was just so so. Therefore, if anyone wants to explore different meals, I suggest you book the room with no breakfast. You can go to Sunset Road or nearby to have some meal options. The room was cleaned daily, but I do think the cleaning must be improved. The amenities were provided such as for bathroom: toothbrush/paste, soap, shampoo, towel, but no hair dryer; For room: chiller, water heater, coffee-tea-sugar, cups, mineral water, android TV, wifi, etc., but no slippers. The room wall might not be too soundproof as I sometimes could hear people laughing/chatting or things dropping from the next room or below, but it doesn't matter for me. Online taxi pickups aren't allowed in the hotel area because there's a fixed respected agreement with locals due to car/motorcycle rent business at the next building and the competitive costs. Therefore, I understand it very well. Optionally, you can walk to the T-junction area near the hotel (appx. 200m) to use online taxi service. To pick up directly at the hotel, Bluebird taxi service can be used. Overall, it's a great place to stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for a strategic place to stay with moderate price and great room space. It is also family-friendly.

Saya menginap di Kamarkoe 2 malam, suasa hotel nya tenang banget. Pas buat yang benar-benar mau istirahat. Dan staff hotel super ramah dan ringan tangan buat bantu-bantu angkat-angkat bawain koper. Kamar nya luas, AC nya dingin banget dan bersih cuma di sayangkan air semprotan closet nya agak bau. Terus sayang banget kolam renang nya gak bisa di pake karena seperti nya lagi perbaikan jadi kayak gak urus kolam nya. Padahal kalo kolam nya bisa buat renang bagus banget. Mau sewa motor juga gak jauh dari hotel. Mau laundry juga bisa di hotel atau keluar jalan dikit ada tempat laundry. Makasih kakak-kakak staff Kamarkoe.

The room looks exactly like in the profile. Well organised, quiet, neat and clean. Staff also very polite. Very recommended place to stay. 30 mins away from airport.

7 Days at the hotel, every dawn (2/4 in the morning) the smart door always rings. Even though if the door wasn't tight, the sound would have been heard straight from last night. For room 103, please repair the smart door. Hopefully the damaged smart door is not a "guard". But the service is ok, the staff is kind and friendly. Thanks a lot!
