It's called a hotel spa but there is no spa. There are cockroaches in the room, the room key is also wrong, the restaurant is not open, the food options are only fried rice and fried noodles. Not suitable for this price.

Sudah booking sudah payment untuk 1 hari, sampai bali mau istirahat di sana ternyata dibilang kamar penuh, padahal kita sudah booking dari awal, dibilang mau refund uang, sampe sekarang ga di refund. Ga banget deh ini hotel

Kaget pas masuk, curtainnya itu kayak dah lama dah dicuci, tv entah kemana remote nya, di ujung ada sarang laba laba. Pas check in, kita late check in, staff nya itu handle kita sambil tetep video call an, bahkan pas dianter ke kamar pun tetep aja video call an. Trus toilet roll ga ada, tissue ga ada, shampoo ga ada, tempat sabun pun ga ada diisi. Jadi plan nya 2 malam, akhirnya jadi semalam aja. Hotelnya ga terawat. AC oke, dingin, shower nya juga bagus.

Dirty rooms and hotel location, and broken windows that can't be locked. There is no internet on the 4th floor. I had to check out after checking in only an hour.
