Overall, quite good. Only the parking men is quite lazy showing parking lot while dringking coffee and smoking and playing phone. Its not a good attitude. Kitchen and cleaning service is very good men. Hot watee in room 3018 is not working olease be advised.

Even though I was booked for check-in at 12 pm, we had to wait for 3 hours to check-in. Late check-out requested was not permitted and we were to check out as usual by 12 pm. Unfriendly and very indifferent hotel staff. Disappointing room service. Overall bad weekend experience. Would not stay in this hotel in the future. Much much better service, room service, food, and better rooms in a sister hotel of Le Semar.

The place is comfortable. Quiet. The breakfast is also good. Clean rooms. All facilities can be used properly.

The room is clean, quite spacious with a window that can be opened overlooking the garden, the receptionist is friendly, for breakfast there are choices with standard tastes (each one's taste anyway) unfortunately only one: the exhaust fan in the bathroom we ordered was dead. Hopefully it will be the attention of management to be repaired soon. Oh yeah, this hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, but you can take part in swimming at Le Dian Hotel (it's nearby) by paying half the ticket price.
