My first experience staying at Ascent/Maxone Malang. Good service. Upon arrival at the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and efficient hotel staff, plus I left my suitcase first before I could check in. The room was clean, the bathroom had a hairdryer, the sink had hot and cold water, the TV was a smart TV, the room was quite spacious, there was a place to store bags/suitcases/sandals. The AC was cold. There was a swimming pool for children. Quite satisfied staying here with such facilities at a fairly affordable price. Please, if you go to Malang, you can stay here 👍🏻

The AC is cold, the location is strategic on the main road, there is an Alfamart in the hotel area & across from the hotel, for the food it is less interesting for me, the fried rice is bland & the glass is a bit smelly, maybe because it is Eid al-Fitr, there are too many guests.

The family lodge rooms are comfortable, but the bathrooms are less than clean. The toilet seat is almost falling off. The bathrooms feel old and dull, with dim lighting. I think the bathrooms need a more modern upgrade. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had an issue with my brother's car keys being lost during valet service, but the manager and staff were very responsive and responsible.

so so, the room is quite comfortable, enough space. because the long weekend is a bit expensive but if you check the normal situation it can be under 500 so it's still worth the price
