The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. At checkout, just return the card and go straight to the airport. Less than 1 minute in the hotel lobby. The spacious and comfortable room, complete bathroom with hairdryer adds to the impression according to my needs as a woman. The availability of a dispenser near the room is very helpful for customers. ❤️

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel with the hope of getting the best service. But in reality I stayed at a 4-star hotel but the room facilities were still below 3 stars.
There are several things that are very much outside the standards of a 4-star hotel, namely:
- Compliment toilet only has a toothbrush, without: bar soap, cotton buds, comb, sanitary bag, vanity kit, shower cap, etc.
- The previous guest's drink in the refrigerator was not removed/removed from the time I checked in until I checked out.
- The drinking water jug in the room was not refilled/replaced & the glass was washed, even though there was no compliment bottled mineral water in the room.
- The breakfast assortment was very minimal and lacked variety.

The room has no windows. There is a refrigerator but it is not cold and a hairdryer. What I like here is free drinking water as much as you like because there are 3 dispensers lined up along the corridor. The hotel manager is very friendly

The room has no windows. There is a refrigerator but it is not cold and a hairdryer. What I like here is free drinking water as much as you like because there are 3 dispensers lined up along the corridor. The hotel manager is very friendly
