The lady who was guarding and the admin on WhatsApp were very nice, but the male guard suddenly got angry for no reason when I was about to check out, even though the admin was nice, maybe because I asked the admin on WhatsApp if I could extend the time, the admin said no, so that was okay, but the male guard came and grumbled for no reason

Sangat buruk, deskripsi cek in jam 8 pas dateng jam 8 di usir karena full, resepsionis juga gak ada yang jaga, di telp berkali² ternyata masih tidur, bangun² songong sekali kata² nya, trus minta cancel + refund dipersulit, owner nya sungguh tidak sopan, perkataan kasar dan semena², kalian hati² aja jangan sampe nginep di sini, pengalaman terburuk hari pertama sampai di bali 🥺.

This property is located in very bad area, dirty rooms dirty both rooms, dirty beds, no Towel or bed sheets, bad attitude of owners. I checked because I already paid on line. But I run away after one hour because I can't stand there, what a bad smelly place. I lose my rent for 2 nights. I booked room in other hotel and take my luggage and Run. Not safe place. Very bad 😔 experience 1st time in Bali. Thanks God I find a room faster and can Run from that dirty place. It's not suitable to live. At all.
