We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

I truly love the room! A studio type that I really wanna have one! They served every basic amenity and electronic stuffs that you will need. No need to go anywhere else, just chill and enjoy the room. 2 things to be improved: the glass door balcony should be sound proof from outside's noise (at night, the motor riding sound was truly loud). And the TV went to sleep-mode like every 30 minutes, don't know what's wrong. Good job, Oakwood! Will surely come back soonest!

Great place for family staycation. Spacious rooms, useful kitchenette & utensils, and most of all amazing pool! My kid had great experience here. Thanks for the hospitality.

The room is kind of small but fits perfectly! However I experienced a trouble—it was the aircon that got leaked! But the staff was helpful, an engineer was assigned to fix it for not more than 20 minutes. One more thing that's annoying was that we weren't informed that we had to pay Rp500k for a deposit on check-in, either in cash or via credit card. But fortunately we got a credit card otherwise we could've been walking out of the building since there are no ATM at all!

We want to share a very unpleasant experience at Oakwood PIK apartment. Especially about guest car parking. We stayed at Oakwood Studio Room on July 1, 2022. In the evening we left for dinner with free parking tickets that had been registered at the hotel. Around 10 pm we returned to the hotel and circled a few times looking for an empty parking lot finally we got a parking area for 1 car. The next day we checked out at 12 noon and headed for the car. What a surprise it turned out that our car was locked by the security building with the reason that we parked in the loading dock parking area and he said that our PLAT number was "not" registered. At that time we were immediately told to pay fine of Ro1.000.000,-(One Million Rupiah). How can this happened when we already registered our plat the day before in the front desk. That very moment we just realized that we parked at the loading dock. When we parked we didn't see the loading dock sign because its written on the parking floor (our car was a low sedan), and strangely there was no pin/cone for sign of loading dock in the area. Just like a trap! The security not even try to double check plat number or contact the guest via Hotel so we can move our car. We tried to explain the situation and refused to pay such a large fine. But the security insist that our plat was not registered and keep asking to pay fine. Its not fair! After 5 hours of waiting at the lobby, there was still no solution from the hotel or the building management. We still forced to pay. At the end we had no choice, we are exhausted and frustrated. Soon after I transferred Rp1.000.000 into pprs account.  The lock on our car was released. This incident has cost a lot of time, energy and I lose the money. It was  traumatized for my family and kids staying at Oakwood pik apartment, which turned out that very standard procedure to check the guest plat number before taking action was not done well and not done properly. We were being treated like criminals in Oakwood! Unbelievable, scary!

The staff are all friendly. I stay in a 1BR apartment type, the facilities in the room are very complete & modern. There is a stove, microwave, toaster, washing machine and others. At check-in a 500k deposit was asked. It's understandable because a lot of electronic equipment in it. The TV is already a Smart TV. I requested a sea view room and it was fulfilled. So far, I'm satisfied with the staycation here. The swimming pool is also spacious & there are outdoor & indoor ones.
