I enjoyed staying this hotel. It feels like home. The staff & owners are nice. Firman who is the receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, he provides very good customer service. The Hotel owners are very lucky to have someone like Firman work for them. Thanks Firman & Grand Pudjawan for making my stay very pleasant and memorable.

I love staying here, all the staff are so nice and helpful. Maybe just keep up the “cleanliness” of the room and fix the hot water but other than that I love everything.

A bit surprised because the picture looks like a nice building, but around the pool it smells and around there it looks like there is a place to dump t*nj * so every time you pass by there it must smell and the rooms are small and the toilets are not well maintained. The only plus points are the friendliness of the staff and the strategic location 🙏🏻.

I stayed 5d4n: review (+) 1. Spacious rooms. 2. Spacious bathroom. 3. The swimming pool is okay. 4. Night shift employees who are easterners are okay. Review (-) 1. The water is small (I asked for help, help to change the shower, the water is still small) 2. The reception is male, there are people to talk to but facing the cellphone not paying attention. 3. Asked for a make-up room, it wasn't done (it wasn't cleaned even though we left the room at noon and came back early in the morning) 4. The 2nd floor was mostly empty, we were given the 3rd floor, really tired.

Saya sangat menyesal sewa kamar di sini karena saluran air kamar mandinya mampet dan mengeluarkan aroma busuk dan untuk closet duduk kotor banget dalamnya seperti enggak pernah di bersihkan dan untuk pencetan closet duduknya kadang mampet. Kapok deh engak bakal kesini lagi. 😠

The transaction has been applied, but when checking in, an additional request of 700 thousand 2 rooms 3 nights is requested. The reason is that the price has not been increased, the high season price should not be like that so far, orders from the application have not been shot at additional prices when checking in. Very small bathroom water. Congestion area location. There is no drinking water and toiletries. By other staff drinking water was allowed to fill in gallons of water available at the reception, but when filling water was reprimanded by a girl with a tattoo that guests could not drink. The staff who are tattoo women are very unfriendly. This hotel is not recommended sorry.

Good service. The place is good, access to Legian and Kuta beach is close. There are bicycle facilities too. The cold rooms are spacious and clean. It's a shame the billiards are broken.
