Not recommended stay. The bedsheets dirty, the room moldy, the bathroom smelly and it 's really bad experience.

I came to the place and there was no one there, and there was only the number of the officer, Mr. Firman, and when I contacted him, there was no response. It was very disappointing that I had to waste time, money, and had to book another hotel. Hopefully my money will be blessed. Whoever reads this review, don't stay here!

I was shocked at first because it didn't match the photo, then I was given only a fan, I protested asking for an AC because it didn't match what I ordered. I was prepared for another room, but the lock was hard, what was more surprising was that the sheets were dirty like blood stains and so were the pillow cases. I checked the bathroom, it was stuffy and full of scale. I couldn't stand it, finally checked out 🙏.

The bed sheets were brown, the mattress was ugly, apparently the room didn't have air conditioning either. The room was dirty, finally ordered somewhere else. I'm really sorry I swear.

This thing shouldn't be called a hotel. It should be called as Ghost Palace. The AC was broken, the water is smelly, the sheets are dirty and the wall is full of shit. 0/5.

The bathroom is dirty, the room has lots of mold. The AC is not cold at all. Pillows, blankets, bed sheets are also dirty. Lots of ants.

The AC is on but can't be turned off and isn't cold at all, the TV is off, the sheets are dirty and don't seem to have been changed from previous guests, the towels are very dirty too and have lots of spots (like blood). The only one who was nice and polite was the receptionist who took me to my room.

Honestly, Kiki Residence is one of the hotels that I think is cheap and cheerful. And clean a few years ago, but yesterday I stayed again. Sorry to say it's no longer maintained. From the AC not being cold, the roof having holes in it, the bathroom being slippery. Flooding, moldy walls, and we only had half a day and immediately moved.

SCAM, bed sheets were not replaced, only turned inside out. What the…. The smell of sewage, like a haunted house. Luckily there is a hotel nearby that is cheap and smells good. Recently I found that the bed sheet behind the pillowcase had not been replaced and then I dared to give it to a guest. Shocked, shocked, I can't stop thinking.

The atmosphere is dim, when in the parking lot there are no lights so we load the goods using a cellphone flashlight. Incidentally, the towel in my room has a lot of ants, so it makes my body bumpy. This accommodation is recommended for short time, not suitable for families or bringing small children.

Sangat tidak layak untuk menginap, dinding keramik banyak yang rusak, cermin pecah. Bau kamar pengap pake banget, AC tidak dingin, air tidak layak untuk mandi terasa licin. Kalo malam tidak ada receiptionis, layanan security kurang dan cuek. Seprei kotor

Untuk harga segitu parah, kamar kotor, debu, AC rusak, kipas angin di kamar, gue ga bakalan nginap di situ lagi, ga sesuai sama gambar, bekas abu roko ada di mana mana ga di bersihin dalam kamar, parah pokok nya.
