First time staying here, the hotel staff is very friendly & the service is good. The food is delicious, will want to come back here again. Given a room on the 1st floor with no view, but moved to the 3rd floor. Thanks Pesona Alam Resort ❤️

The food is delicious, but a bit expensive and the menu is not very varied. The soap and shampoo are too liquid, it seems like they are given water. But we would love to stay here again for the next family trip.

All is fine, except for the access road which is indeed congested, yes, near the safari park which is indeed open and closed during holidays, then there are still fellow visitors who smoke in the hotel area even though there is a no smoking symbol displayed, perhaps it could be emphasized more not to smoke to all customers.
