The hotel looks simple from the front, but inside it is very ok especially for the Family type room. Cheap, clean, and there is a swimming pool. Overall it is very ok especially the distance to Kuta beach is very close.

First night I couldn't sleep, my body was very itchy from the bed sheets but nights afterwards quite okay. The sink and shower drainage were clogged but only the sink fixed, the shower still clogged. However, overall nice stay, the staffs were all nice as well.

The room got the 3rd floor, so it was a bit tired going up and down, the shower and bidet closet weren't clear, the water was small like a rat's tail. Taking a bath must be patient waiting for the water to wet the whole body. Even though the bed and others are okay. There is a table iron too. I'm just a bit disappointed with the location of the room on the 3rd floor and the water shower. Not really. The staff are all very nice and friendly. No complains. I saw this hotel based on a tiktok review. But I think I'm unlucky to get a room on the 3rd floor and the shower is really small. Plus they don't provide mineral water in the room, so you have to go down to the receptionist. The area around is rarely food, there are just grocery stalls. The side is like a minimart warehouse center. So get ready to often meet canter trucks loading in out.

Definitely will be the first choice for budget hotel in kuta. Location is very strategic 10 minutes from the airport, also 5 minutes to kuta beach and legian street. Room is clean and well-maintained even though it 's not a new hotel. Pool is always clean during my stay there. Highly recommended!
