The service is very bad, I have paid and it is very clear on the Traveloka app that there are still 3 empty rooms left, then I ordered and paid immediately. And when I arrived at the new place, I also wanted to check in and show proof that I had paid, I was immediately rejected outright by the guard of the place on the grounds that it was full and there were no empty ones, even though I had shown proof of my reservation, but the service was very bad and still did not allow me and my husband to enter even though I had paid there. And not long after that there were other consumers who wanted to check in but were immediately served and told to enter. But when I went there, why wasn't I served well and the ethics were very inappropriate. There was a witness there, Grab who took me. And I asked for compensation because I had paid and I wanted to talk to the CS there. But the guard did not allow it on the grounds that there was no CS here, only me. Oh, of course that is very unreasonable, I am very disappointed with the service and I am at a loss because my money was not returned but I was not treated well.

Like in the photo. bed lined with separate boards made as in the room. but as a woman, it's not comfortable because the lid uses a curtain. So when I found out next to a man. Feeling nervous. Overall the bed is comfortable. There is a charger near the bed.

The hotel receptionist is not well inform in regards the money deposit when check out. Security is lack of service especially when came back late and check out early morning. The phone number is not answer during midnight.

The staff has no manners. Choose choose guest for smile. And I heard myself there are guests who make uncomfortable reviews. But a few days later the same guest was staying there and the staff immediately spoke. Already give bad reviews but why still stay here. The inconvenient reviews should be motivational for even better. Weird staff. And I have often stayed there, and this time I was very disappointed.
