Check-in requires a deposit, but the room conditions are not appropriate (broken shower/no hot water/hard to flush toilet), even a 5-star hotel doesn't ask for a deposit upon check-in. Breakfast, all the food is finished, and it's very slow to add LG food and cutlery due to a lack of staff/chefs.

Hopefully, it gets better. Improve the room decor to make it more comfortable, such as adding a bed or a small sofa to provide more space to relax and enjoy the view from the window. The service is quite comfortable, especially with the strategic location, very close to everything. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights on the 3rd floor, couldn't sleep well because of the loud music, shouts from upstairs and from the street (the room is not soundproof), so it was uncomfortable. The toilet door was hard to close and a bit smelly. For the rest, it was okay, the room was clean, the service was okay, I won't stay here again.
