the room is quite spacious, the service is decent, I got a room with a pretty good view towards the road. Reasonable.

Honestly, this doesn't look like a 3/4 star hotel like the app looks like. There are almost no hotel staff in the lobby. 2 star hotels are better for that price.

Banyak sekali kotornya. Semut juga ada dimana-mana, bahkan ada diranjang beberapa. Lalu karena waktu check-in malam dan sudah keburu lelah, besokannya baru ngeliat ada noda seperti noda darah di sprei*foto tertera*, bahkan ada sprei yang bolong. Seharusnya sprei kayak gitu jangan dipakai lagi. Saya mengerti kondisi sekarang, tapi bukan bearti kebersihan tidak dijaga. Tolong tingkatkan kebersihan kalian. Padahal kalo saya liat waktu check-out, banyak kok housekeepingnya. Saya yakin hotel ini bisa lebih baik ke depannya karena letak yang strategis.
