The hotel was all in one package. The room was so clean. The room service was so quick. The front office staff had a good fast response. The food was so delicious and low price (for hotel food). The breakfast was quite more variable and all of them were delicious. All the facilities for kids were amazing, my kid was really enjoying being here. But I didn't like to see people unmasked here. I asked the staff to inform again the people about wearing masks, and they responded to me so fast. I booked the hotel for 2 days, maybe next I should take 3. Hahahaha. I enjoyed my holiday here. I will be back again.

It was a good time here! View always superb! Scenery is always amazing, pools are so well! Things you have to improve: breakfast: sushi was so indelicately sour and the rice was hard. Super thanks: I left my charger at my room and you offer to keep it so I had to get it. Thanks!

Recommendation place for families trip. I stayed the rooms with connecting door also. So all family still really together. And access to kids swimming pool are near from the room just using the lift to go there... thanks Traveloka and Seruni Hotel....

The hotel that is my family's subscription. The view is beautiful, the facilities are complete, especially the waterpark is fun to make the kids enjoy playing in the water. The hotel breakfast is complete and delicious, there are many choices if you want to eat outside, the main thing is that the hotel's price is also strategic according to what is given 👍

Service is okay, all staff are friendly. The corridor to the swimming pool is not very pleasing to the eye, maybe because there is a sand pool, but it should be cleaned regularly. For breakfast, it's so-so, just ordinary even though at the top you should eat anything delicious because it's cold, right?

the service is very good. I just want to give a suggestion, maybe note down the visitor's car number according to their room. because of the experience of staying yesterday, my husband forgot to turn off the hazard lights. from check in to check out. so when I wanted to go home the car couldn't be started because the battery was dead. according to security, they had informed the receptionist, but the receptionist didn't know which room the car owner was staying in.

Yesterday I asked in the lobby for a room near the sandy swimming pool, then the lobby officer said yes, I thought I could get one there, but it turned out I got one in another corner near Seruni 2. If there really wasn't one, I should have said so at the start, and some of the cups were already worn out.

spacious room, mountain view from the balcony is really good... complete amenities, varied and delicious breakfast, complete children's play area, there is a playground, mini game rides, and mini farm..waterpark is also just choose.. satisfied with the staycation here, next time I want to come here again.
