We had a gorgeous suite, with a lot of amenities you dont find elsewhere in Canggu. The breakfasts was amazing each morning and so was the menu for dinner. The pool was clean and beautiful. One day I had a headache and the front reception was kind enough to give me some ibuprofen free if charge. Very hospitable staff. It was a wonderful experience. The only thing that was a tiny bit of a downfall was it was a bit outside of Canggu where we were spending most of our time.

My partner and I communicated timely with staff to arrange an airport transfer upon arrival. This was also confirmed by e-mail. Flight details were provided but on the day of arrival, we had to wait 40 minutes until we were picked up. This is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. The driver was apparently waiting at International Arrivals while we had a domestic flight. If hotel staff would've checked our flight details properly, they would have noticed that we flew from Jakarta to Den Pasar. After checking in, one of the balcony doors was not closing. Considering that we stayed on the ground floor, we immediately informed the staff about it but they said that we had to wait until the next morning to have it fixed. We felt quite unsafe. Luckily we could move to another floor the next day but instead of offering some sort of compensation, we had to pay an additional fee to get the other room. It would have been a nice gesture to compensate us after we had to wait for 40 minutes for our airport transfer plus getting a room on the ground floor with a broken balcony door. Such a shame that management was not willing to meet us halfway. Hopefully they can learn from this. The condo itself is amazing. You can really relax while you have an amazing view over the rice fields. The staff is attentive and super friendly. Overall, my partner and I enjoyed our stay despite the rocky start.

the location is great, so quiet and cozy. I would like to spend more. But, It's too bad for the food just so so and we have to find another breakfast outside. Our room is in the corner and the view is a little bit disturbing while the staff was doing sesajen things while we need privacy. Anyway, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is spacious, unfortunately in the living room area there are no curtains, so it looks really from the outside. Breakfast is also less varied, the main course is only fried rice, vegetable chips, sausages and bacon, the rest is bread, salad and fruit. Fried rice is also only replaced with fried noodles 🤣, bored, so we will have breakfast again outside. Service is friendly enough. Very close to the beach. Maybe next time the breakfast can be combined even more.

Super clean 👍🏻 but unfortunately my room’s stove didn't work and they didn't offer me another room, they said they would fix the stove in the morning, but no one came until I checked out

Our family was very happy to live in a double mansion. The room is clean and cold. WiFi signal is good. The room is fragrant. Good staff service. To the beach, walking is only 5 minutes.

okasi far from the crowd. The hotel is surrounded by rice fields. To get to the hotel we were strayed many times. Large rooms, apartment concept. The breakfast menu is like a 2-star hotel. We stayed 2 nights with the exact same menu and very minimal. Not suitable if called a 5 star hotel

Love this apartment! awesome view, spacious room complete amenities, only 5 mins walk to the beach, serene surrounding, food is good and they provide welcome fruit. Definitely recommended.

My family and I really enjoy the stay at the double view mansions bali. At first, I didn’t expect that it is gonna be this amazing. The view is priceless, we can see the rice fields and oceans by the room. and the facilities are really good. The service is good too. I really recommend this penthouse. We will definitely come back again.
