Minimal facilities. The shower area is so small that there is no room to move. Dirty, the sink is not smooth. TV cannot be accessed. It's just the AC that works well. Standard food. I don't want to stay here anymore

The place is dirty. No hot water, I stayed 2 nights the sheets were never changed and the room was not cleaned. The room is dirty dusty dirty floor never mopped. The bathroom is rusty and never brushed. Breakfast is not tasty can not be eaten. Not livable.

The staff are all very friendly but regarding the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast food, I really give up, the bathroom smells really bad, it seems like the drainage is not good. So it emits an unpleasant odor all the time, the floor of the room is sticky and dirty until the soles of our feet are black, there are lots of spider webs, there are dead lizards that have dried up in the bathroom corner near the sink, and the elevator is also very dirty, I don't think it has ever been cleaned, I really give up and give up. For me, The First and The Last to stay at this hotel again 🙏, hopefully with my comments the management can pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel rooms so that it can be better in the future.

The Room is good enough but the breakfast very unappetising looking and was unheated, even the Rice is served cold. Decided to not take the risk. Even other guests were taking food from outside to eat in the breakfast area. I don't think I've ever seen a hotel put less effort and care into an Indonesian breakfast. The swimming pool is absolutely crazy. A thin walled moat at the rim of the building falling away 5 storeys. Not in anyway reccomended for Children! A disaster waiting to happen

The electricity goes out, there is no generator, you have to get angry first before turning on the electricity. The receptionist said that if the lights go out, wait for PLN to turn them on. Meanwhile, you can't even take a shower when all the facilities are turned off. Pathetic hotel. The food also doesn't taste good in the smelly bathroom of the toilet. This is not really recommended. The swimming pool is small. The hotel looks like it has not been maintained. Stuck in elevator and error waiting to be opened

This hotel is not worth living in to bad. Because the condition is very sad, the room is dusty, the bathroom is dirty, the curtains are broken, the elevator is also broken and it's a pity for the employees who are just standing by themselves. It would be good for the hotel management to review.

The location is close to the city center, only the hotel is not decent. There are many shortcomings: 1. The elevator is broken, it has not been repaired for a long time. 2. The KM sink is bumpet, complained about being repaired but the staff did not move quickly, left for other guests, the tools were left untidy. 3. Lack of staff from the hotel, only 2 receptionists and 1 staff. 4. The hotel is not clean, the floor is dirty. 5. Book 2 rooms with 1 window that cannot be closed because it does not use curtains. It is very unfortunate for that price but the facilities are very lacking.
