It's a very comfy hotel, with the strategic location, we have an event in BNDCC and it took us only around 10 minutes to be there. The hotel is so lovely and clean. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. When we check out and forgotten things in our room, the FO staff contacted us through WhatsApp and kept our stuff till we got back to take it.

The rooms and hotel area are always clean. The rooms are comfortable and very well maintained. The hotel staff are all friendly, from the receptionist, housekeeping to the staff in the lounge as well. The breakfast is varied and of course delicious. They sell dim sum for tens of thousands, you can order it in the lounge or room service. The dim sum is really delicious, my favorite is the fried shrimp bread. It was a pleasant stay at The Lerina. We also got a free room upgrade to deluxe, which has a balcony๐๐ฅฐ๐๐ป

In my opinion, this hotel is super good and the rooms are big. If I go to Bali again, I will definitely stay here because overall it is satisfying and the service and staff are very welcoming. Car access is also easy. I won't regret staying here.

Staying here for 4 days and 3 nights is really worth it. Everything is okay, the staff is friendly and efficient. The check-in process is fast, the room is clean, the facilities are okay, the food is delicious, and the access is easy. If I go to Bali, I will definitely come back here again. Overall, our stay here was quite pleasant. It's located right on the main road, not too far from Tanjung Benoa (the water sports area, our main tourist destination in Bali), and it's also close to the water toll gate, making it a quick trip to the airport. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We stayed in the newer-looking building.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the security guard is completely unresponsive. When parking the car, he didn't help with any instructions, even though he didn't serve anyone. There was no bellboy. I had difficulty carrying a lot of luggage without assistance. When checking out, the security guard/hotel employee was also unresponsive to help carry my luggage. I got a room with a view of the front wall, a corner room, haha, I wanted to ask to be moved, it's a shame that a 4-star hotel has such unresponsive service. There needs to be a briefing and education for the security guards and employees to be more responsive to their surroundings, especially regarding service.

a comfortable, clean place to stay, all the staff are friendly, but I got a room that looked old, the balcony door couldn't be opened, the AC was a bit noisy but cold, the room lights weren't bright enough and for some reason I got an upgraded room (but I'm grateful)...thank you.

From the beginning, there was a problem with the room key, which was said to be an error. It could be fixed in about half an hour. The table was about to come off, the TV was already a flat screen, but still had antenna channels. It wasn't a smart TV. The hot water worked well. The sink faucet was almost broken. The toilet worked well. The amenities were good. Maybe the cleanliness of the water heater was the only thing that needed attention. The wifi was fast. For everything, from 1 to 10, I give it 6.5. The restaurant made me happy. Thank you for the service.

Hotel 0 on the main road, close to the toll gate.
If you want to go to GWK, it's quite close.
Overall, everything was fine, except for the bathroom in my previous room, the floor wasn't very clean. Moving to a room on the third floor resulted in a noisy indoor AC.

The hotel is close to the toll gate and is easily accessible.
The staff and room service are friendly.
The bathroom facilities were a bit lacking yesterday: the bathtub wasn't very clean/the floor was a bit outdated.
The food selection wasn't as varied as other 4-star hotels.

The place is really clean and nice to stay. However since it was in the garden, there were some mosquitoes that came into the room.
The breakfast were disappointing, it does not taste that great & the variations are quite limited too, is almost the same thing every morning. Nonetheless the location is great, near the city centre.

Overall, our stay here was quite pleasant. It's located right on the main road, not too far from Tanjung Benoa (the water sports area, our main tourist destination in Bali), and it's also close to the water toll gate, making it a quick trip to the airport. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We stayed in the newer-looking building.

It's a very comfy hotel, with the strategic location, we have an event in BNDCC and it took us only around 10 minutes to be there. The hotel is so lovely and clean. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. When we check out and forgotten things in our room, the FO staff contacted us through WhatsApp and kept our stuff till we got back to take it.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the security guard is completely unresponsive. When parking the car, he didn't help with any instructions, even though he didn't serve anyone. There was no bellboy. I had difficulty carrying a lot of luggage without assistance. When checking out, the security guard/hotel employee was also unresponsive to help carry my luggage. I got a room with a view of the front wall, a corner room, haha, I wanted to ask to be moved, it's a shame that a 4-star hotel has such unresponsive service. There needs to be a briefing and education for the security guards and employees to be more responsive to their surroundings, especially regarding service.

a comfortable, clean place to stay, all the staff are friendly, but I got a room that looked old, the balcony door couldn't be opened, the AC was a bit noisy but cold, the room lights weren't bright enough and for some reason I got an upgraded room (but I'm grateful)...thank you.

From the beginning, there was a problem with the room key, which was said to be an error. It could be fixed in about half an hour. The table was about to come off, the TV was already a flat screen, but still had antenna channels. It wasn't a smart TV. The hot water worked well. The sink faucet was almost broken. The toilet worked well. The amenities were good. Maybe the cleanliness of the water heater was the only thing that needed attention. The wifi was fast. For everything, from 1 to 10, I give it 6.5. The restaurant made me happy. Thank you for the service.

Hotel 0 on the main road, close to the toll gate.
If you want to go to GWK, it's quite close.
Overall, everything was fine, except for the bathroom in my previous room, the floor wasn't very clean. Moving to a room on the third floor resulted in a noisy indoor AC.

The hotel is close to the toll gate and is easily accessible.
The staff and room service are friendly.
The bathroom facilities were a bit lacking yesterday: the bathtub wasn't very clean/the floor was a bit outdated.
The food selection wasn't as varied as other 4-star hotels.

The rooms and hotel area are always clean. The rooms are comfortable and very well maintained. The hotel staff are all friendly, from the receptionist, housekeeping to the staff in the lounge as well. The breakfast is varied and of course delicious. They sell dim sum for tens of thousands, you can order it in the lounge or room service. The dim sum is really delicious, my favorite is the fried shrimp bread. It was a pleasant stay at The Lerina. In my opinion, this hotel is super good and the rooms are big. If I go to Bali again, I will definitely stay here because overall it is satisfying and the service and staff are very welcoming. Car access is also easy. I won't regret staying here.

The place is really clean and nice to stay. However since it was in the garden, there were some mosquitoes that came into the room.
The breakfast were disappointing, it does not taste that great & the variations are quite limited too, is almost the same thing every morning. Nonetheless the location is great, near the city centre.
