As expected a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service! Tho I only stayed for 1 night, but I feel recharged already. The best part of this hotel is the mini waterfall in the mini rain forest, oh and the Koi pond is so lovely! I have the best sleep listening to the sound of the waterfall, since my room oa facing towards it. Another best part is that this hotel located in the city, so delivering food to the hotel is super easy! Will definitely go back with my family asap!

staff very helpful, we arrived 1 hour before check in time and bedroom is ready to use. they have covid19 protocol and put hand sanitizer all over the hotel including in our bed room as well.

My daughter's school and my car workshop are nearby, so I can take her to her school while servicing my car in a manageable area. The parking area is not far though from the main building. The swimming pool is located behind the restaurant.

comfortable hotel, parents are comfortable, children are happy hehehehee, the 7 year old brother enjoyed all the facilities for children from feeding fish, kids club, and making pizza, comfortable room with long sofa in ambassador type, recommended hotel in Bandung in the middle of the city, the swimming pool is also nice, the water is a bit warm so it's not cold, friendly staff, and one more thing there is a mosque in the hoyel area so father and brother can pray Friday prayers in the mosque, God willing, I want to come back to this hotel if I go to Bandung, good job the Papandayan Hotel, we enjoyed it 💚

Overall, the stay was good and comfortable. SUGGESTIONS: 1. The rubber pad that holds the bathroom door (on the floor in front of the toilet) should be removed and replaced with the spring door stopper on the inside of the door… because my foot tripped and it tore…. 2. The cleanliness of the room carpet should be improved…. Thank you.

the experience of staying at papandayan was almost perfect. the staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would like to say thank you. unfortunately I was disappointed with the breakfast menu. because I stayed during the fasting month, I requested breakfast to be sahur with the hope of getting a full menu like breakfast because I booked a room with breakfast and even an additional 350 thousand for my 2 children. but it turned out that the sahur menu was very very limited, only a buffet menu, bread, eggs and fruit. the expectation by paying for a room with breakfast and additional is a full menu like breakfast. hopefully it can be considered for the sahur menu according to the standard breakfast or if for sahur with a limited menu maybe the breakfast price is not full.
