The place is really nice, all have balconies, the rooms are very spacious, the staff is also very nice, all the facilities are functioning well, towels and rooms are changed, cleaned every day, drinking water is refilled every day, the TV channels are good, the hot shower works well. When I checked in, I was served by a woman, she was beautiful and very gentle when talking, and gave very clear information. When I went up to the 3rd floor to look for a room, I met the female housekeeper and she was immediately very prompt in finding and directing where my room was. The security guard is also very good, I bought food via GoFood, the security guard was very prompt in receiving and securing it. When checking out, I was served by Mas Sam, he was very kind and humble, the checkout process was done very quickly. Anyway, I recommend this place, oh yes, it is also very close, just walk if you want to find food, on average there are 24 hours for food stalls on Jalan Teuku Umar.

Amazing experience staying here. The room is very clean and comfortable! Plus the FO staff is very friendly and responsive. Cold AC, clean towels, soft mattress, basically makes you feel at home. Thank you to all the staff of The Rooms, especially Kak Susi for helping a lot and giving recommendations for culinary and tourist attractions, definitely come back again later!

it is just okay, but the cleanliness is low and smells a bit especially in the bathroom, smells like pee on random hours then not totally clean a lot of stain and molds .
the balcony is not even cleaned, they just wipe the floor with water then done
but the receptionist are excellent , well accomodating the girl always wearing balinese outfit

The staff was OK, but unfortunately, the AC was out when we arrived. We even requested a top-floor room, which resulted in us having to go up and down every time we went out.
The room had lots of holes.
The TV couldn't be used.
This hotel actually has great potential, but the owner hasn't been maintaining it properly.

I was given torn towels... the room was full of ants and cockroaches, the elevator didn't work, the water in the bathroom was very small, there was even no water when I took a shower. The AC in the room wasn't cold.

The facilities are "decent," considering the price. Although the balcony is noisy, the outdoor AC is on the side, some of the bed walls are peeling, and the floor and walls of the outer corridor are dirty.

The facilities are "decent," considering the price. Although the balcony is noisy, the outdoor AC is on the side, some of the bed walls are peeling, and the floor and walls of the outer corridor are dirty.

The room walls are not well maintained (the walls are peeling because the building is old?, cleanliness is lacking), the AC is cold, there is no hot water kettle available, you have to rent it for 20K per day, overall the service is friendly

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location was easy to reach. However, the room cleanliness was poor, and the amenities were incomplete. I got a room with broken floor tiles, and the cupboard didn't close properly.
