The location is very strategic. Clean room, clean bathroom, service also great. The TV was not working properly, so I called the room service and they immediately checked and changed the unit. Everything was good 👍.

I was really happy and very impressed that I was able to stay at this hotel for 3 days, I wanted to add 4 days but I couldn't because the hotel was full of equipment, a kettle, safe and minibar were all provided. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were also cleaned, everything was safe, the supermarket was just across the street if you needed anything. ” it's easy and if you want to go to Kuta beach you can also walk with Olga ✨ the breakfast is also pretty good, basically if you go to Bali again you have to stay at this hotel ✨🤍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The first room had an unpleasant odor that wouldn't go away even after opening the window.
The next room replacement didn't smell anymore, but the soap and shampoo dispensers didn't work. The towels also needed to be renewed.

Stayed here because it was close to the airport, the location is very strategic, close to everywhere, the staff is friendly, unfortunately the room's wifi can't be used at all, the AC also seems broken, not cold at all and often turns off, the shower is also very close to the control, it would be better if the TV was a smart TV and the drinking water also uses a dispenser
