I stayed in a suite room type, the room is spacious, there is a sofa and bathtub, only there is a mirror or glass that is not clean, there are still fingerprints, the sink is clogged, but the housekeeping staff is friendly and nice when we ask to clean the room, unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast food because it doesn't include bf. Didn't have time to play in the swimming pool either. But overall thank you for all the good services.

The male FO staff on the night shift was very unfriendly and their hospitality needs to be evaluated. Towels had to be requested but were not prepared, some of the room facilities were broken. I have never given a bad rating to any hotel, but the unfriendliness of the Front Office staff really offended me and the service was bad.

the location is honestly really good, but the room is really not soundproof, both street noise (which is actually quite reasonable because it is on the side of the road, but unfortunately it feels like there are no walls in this hotel so the sound of passing vehicles really leaks), and noise from the next room or the room above, and also the cleanliness of the room when you first enter is not very clean. For the service, maybe only a few people are not very responsive, because they asked for something but had to be informed twice before it was done. but there are still advantages, namely the location is close to everywhere and there is no traffic jam.

the bathroom is not very comfortable, there is no hand shower for bathing. the 7th floor hotel hallway smells bad. the room also smells bad, the tiles are about to come off and spooky.... the room is spacious Okay but it's an old building so it's a bit dark to swim. oh yeah there's no place to relax, the swimming pool can't be used..
