We got charged for a bottle of water that we never even opened or consumed. We will never stay at this hotel again. If you are looking for a place to stay in Bali, find a hotel that is not tricky and one that doesn’t charge you for things you don’t even open.

The room was clean and smelled the receptionist was rather hot the restaurant where the BF heat was not turned on the AC came out from the BF body, hair and clothes smelled of smoke all 🤣

The check-in process is quite fast. only about 5 minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is okay. It's just that, the section or area in front of the reception and the side of the restaurant feels hot. Staff are friendly.
