Simple, clean, and functional; exactly what you’d expect for a short and pleasant stay. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, from the front office to security, housekeeping, and the restaurant team. Their warm service adds a welcoming touch and makes the overall stay even more enjoyable.

2 stars hotel with 5 stars services! They really strict with covid 19 prevention protocol. Also, one of the services that makes me in awww is when I had dinner on their restaurant. the chef found out I didn’t eat the egg yolk because it is half boiled egg and she over to re-cooked the egg if I don't like the half boiled egg. It was so nice gesture from her. Also one guy at restaurant that had me having his lighter as I don't have mine. Its awesome! They really paid attention into details

There was a lot of dust stuck to the hallway, but the room was pretty clean.
However, the shower wasn't very good. The water only came out from one side, making it uncomfortable to shower with.

At check in time around 9 pm they gave extra additional payment for non-smoking room option. Even though the room price was full payment and expensive when I paid they still asked for extra payment of Rp 150 thousand for non-smoking room, Wherever I sleep in the hotel, there is never any request for extra payment for non-smoking room. This is the first time I found this at Zest Hotel. This must be a game. Very disappointing 🥵

We value every feedback from our guests as part of our continuous efforts to improve the quality of our services. Allow us to explain that the standard check-in time at Zest Hotel is at 2:00 PM. If guests arrive earlier, such as at 9:00 AM, an additional fee will be charged as an early check-in charge, because the room used is not included in the normal stay period. In addition, we also apologize for the inconvenience related to the request for a non-smoking room. When you arrived, our hotel was at full occupancy and all non-smoking rooms in the standard type were occupied. The only option available at that time was a non-smoking room in the Superior type, and as per policy, upgrading to the Superior type is subject to an additional charge of IDR 150,000. We assure you that this policy is not intended to burden guests, but is part of the standard procedure that applies based on room type and availability at that time. We understand your disappointment and will use this input as an evaluation material so that in the future we can provide clearer and more transparent information from the start. Zest Hotel Harbour Bay offers a very convenient stay, especially with its close proximity to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, just a short walk away. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of amenities, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. It’s also easy to book any ride-hailing app as the hotel is located in a well-known area, making travel around the city smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are thoughtfully designed for travellers who spend most of their time out exploring, providing just what’s needed for a comfortable shower and a good rest. Simple, clean, and functional; exactly what you’d expect for a short and pleasant stay. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, from the front office to security, housekeeping, and the restaurant team. Their warm service adds a welcoming touch and makes the overall stay even more enjoyable.
