Very nice hotel, its location, nice staff. Fabulous breakfast room and buffet breakfast could be a little better such as larger room more storage and sockets for chargers. Upgrade to comfort

Excellent location. Beautiful property and amenities. Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. You wouldn’t know from the outside but it was stunningly beautiful inside and we would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. On a quiet street but close to the center of the old town. Very unique historical building with large room and great breakfast

Fun getting to amongst the alleyways of Naples. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Also walkable to Naples Archaeology museum. Friendly and helpful staff.

There are many positives and very few negatives, but the negatives far tip the balance of the overall value and feeling we had. My wife and I flew into Milan for 8-days where we already had a nice hotel booked and paid for, however due to poor weather we decided to take a high-speed train to Naples for 2-nights. We had checked into our hotel in Milan, it was nice and very much had working air conditioning. Upon checking into our room in Naples we had NO working air conditioning. We called the front desk where I was expecting an explanation about how the local laws prevent the use of air conditioning in public spaces, but instead was told "we see the air is on and working". I confirmed it is indeed one, but NOT working. They said "WE WILL LOOK INTO IT TOMORROW".... which they never did. We didn't even need air conditioning, we just needed circulation of air as the room gets hot and stuffy without air moving around the room. SO the solution? Well what we thought was a window was not, but rather a shared balcony with the next door room. We were able to open our door to allow cool air to come into the room which was fine that first night, but the second night was a MAJOR problem. The second night the noise never ended outside--partying, loud cars, SMOKING. Finally at 2am, we angrily got up to close the door. We did not sleep much at all. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again, no matter how friendly the staff was, how good the breakfast was, etc. NOT acceptable!

Breakfast was amazing. The only complaint was that the garbage pickup was very early morning and the room is not soundproof so we were woken up by the street noise before 5 am both mornings

Great location near the action but quiet street. Lovely historic property with character. Breakfast room charming and breakfast was great. Bathroom a little challenging for 6 ft 5 spouse with open shower but other than that, no complaints.

Francisco is amazing, proactive, empathetic, and goes beyond basic duties to create a memorable guest experience. He genuinely cares about guest comfort and is very professional. The head housekeeper is also accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good. The hotel room is very dark and gloomy. Considering that the hotel is historical and has no windows except the balcony, they should install stronger and more lightning fixtures. A desk and chair are missing. Everything is dark including the closet. Needed a flashlight to see the safe deposit box to open. No box of tissue (Kleenex) among the toiletries but the head housekeeper kindly provided when I requested for it. The shower is not safe for guest with mobility issues. It is not senior-friendly. Grab bars would be helpful.

Small hotel, that should be classified as 3 star for dated rooms that need a serious remodel beyond just shoving in a jetted tub and adding a cheap sprayer handle in the bathroom. Room was large with vaulted ceilings so could be very nice. The room was clean, just run down. The best part is the 2nd floor where breakfast is served in the ballroom. That is beautiful, breakfast is good and espresso was also good. One morning they even had a pianist. It feel luxurious there then you go back to the room. Room had old French doors to the balcony so could hear traffic and people all night. They give ear plugs in the room so they know it is an issue.

Nice hotel tucked away in a narrow street. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Nice breakfast options and we enjoyed their bar.

The place is near of places to visit. The staff is very helpful and offer a breakfast box for all of us because we were leaving early

Stayed for 4 nights in March. Lovely hotel great location and really good breakfast. The breakfast room is exquisite. Highly recommended
