Hotel Flora

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Milan Central station and nice restaurants. The room we stayed in was tired and skimpy in toiletries. One of the front desk guys was rude, very stressed out, and gave us the impression he was ready to explode.

I had a quick stay at Hotel Floral before flying out from Milan International Airport. The hotel is very much walking distance from the Milan Central Station. There's elevator and a nice reception of 24/7 Staff support.

The hotel's in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful and you could store your bags after you've checked out. The room I had was small but all I needed. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. It's a little bit of a walk to the downtown area, but you're close to buses and subways that can get you downtown quickly

Room was smaller than expected but still had everything we needed. The shower could have been cleaner. The staff in the breakfast area were not the friendliest. Overall, our experience was fine, but I wouldn’t rush to recommend Hotel Flora.

This hotel is a well located to the main train station and not far from the old part of Milan by foot or transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good!

The hotel is located in an excellent area at a walkable distance of the Milan Train Station. The room and bathroom were neatly clean. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed. My only issue was that when we arrived at 10:20PM the reception staff were having a discussion within themselves, not even a good evening was given to my family, because they were concerned with their issues. So I told my family to sat down until they finished with their discussion eventually we’ve got attended. Once on our room the TV remote control wasn’t working so I called reception and the receptionist asked me to take the remote control to him, he replaced it with an other remote, once I went back to the room that one didn’t worked either and when I opened it batteries were corroded. So I went back to him and told him his solution was to put the batteries of the first control to the second one and I told him, because I was very tired, nevermind if they didn’t worked on the first control why would they work on the second one. He said, that he didn’t had additional batteries without much interest, so, I told him, whenever you have the control fixed I will use it, so tonight I will not watch TV, maybe tomorrow. So what I’m trying to say here is that no big effort was taken from the staff to help or there were lacking of things that could solve simple solutions like for example batteries. And not much interest either at least from this person. The other staff were more interested in helping.

Very disappointing stay. The staff were rude and unwelcoming when we arrived late at night. The room didn’t have a kettle or coffee, and when we asked, they gave us a broken one. Service was poor and not friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it really made my experience in Milan worse.
