Such a nice hotel and I'm glad I stayed here. Close distance to Shin-Osaka Station, got a konbini nearby, and spacious bedroom. Can ride Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka St. and just a few local train stops to Dotonbori.

I had an amazing experience at Citadines Osaka Namba. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Namba with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere despite being in such a lively area. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Just a short walk from the train station. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities with a microwave and gas cooktop. The bathroom had a washer/dryer and spare toothbrush kit. We had a pleasant, safe stay at a reasonable price. Arigatō!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Hotel Universal Port truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and smelled great. I also appreciated the thoughtful layout—the toilet was separated from the shower area, which added extra convenience. Amenities provided were more than sufficient. The hotel is clearly designed with USJ visitors in mind, as the checkout time is very considerate—you can check out at 11 AM, which makes a big difference after a long day at the park. My room had a harbor view, which was lovely, but next time I visit USJ, I’d love to stay in a room facing the USJ Park, especially because the evening sky looks stunning from that side. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Universal Studios Japan. I would definitely stay here again!

The living room is clean, tidy, the cooking utensils are complete and there are laptops that can be used. Breakfast (bread and tea) is provided. The showers and toilets of guys and girls are separate. The location is close to the Umeda Sky Building (3 minutes walk), and to Osaka Station (5 minutes walk) via an underpass in front of Umeda Sky Building.
