Room is spacious, bathroom has a big bathtub, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Recommended to stay 🙂. Note that the front desk is on the 13th floor, so it might be hard to find.

Best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Freshly made tofu in house, fresh eggs for TKG and 12 different soy sauce types to try, fresh hot food, freshly made gnocchi in a large parmesan block. Very new and clean. Public bath on top floor was very clean and comfortable with an outdoor bath option. Rooms very well organized even if it is small, and bathroom is bigger than the standard unit baths in hotels in japan. The price for the you get is unbelievable value. Highly recommended!

Short walk to Omiya station. Very clean and nice rooms and great staff. It was a good deal for the price and the hotel is very modern and the restaurant next to it is very nice as well.

Staff was great and held our bags as we were really early. They did offer early check in but at 2200 yen per hour. We went and got food and came back and they were ready for us. Only thing I recommend is 3-4 towels in the room instead of two. When using the spa you need to take your own towel and I accidentally dropped mine in the shower and didn’t have a replacement in the room. Room has tea and bottled water a plus.

This was my second stay, and I really appreciate that this hotel is one of the newer and more comfortable options in the area. The three-bed room is surprisingly spacious for being so close to a major station, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the spa on the 14th floor is a lovely bonus. There were a few small inconsistencies—like some carpet stains, fluctuating spa temperatures, and mixed interactions with staff—but overall my stay was pleasant. Email response time was a bit slow, but I’m genuinely grateful that they were willing to hold my luggage for several days before check-in. With the front desk tucked away at the back of the 13th floor, the hotel seems set up for minimal staff interaction, which might explain some of the communication delays. Even so, it’s a convenient and comfortable choice, especially for groups who need three real beds rather than a sofa bed.

Breakfast menu was great and a beautiful restaurant space. Laundry was convenient and easy to figure out.

Room was small and beds were lower than we're use to, but the mattress was comfortable. Quiet room with no street noise. Very quiet room.

Rooms are nice and decent size. Staff is friendly. Laundry situation is pretty poor. 4 machines, one of which was broken. Constantly in use with people waiting in the laundry room.
