Clean room, a little bit crowded but that is part of travelling in most Asian countries. Staff were very friendly. It was also very quiet even though it's next to Shin Osaka station.

I am glad that when i asked for recommendation on where i could have my luggages sent over to our next stay the staff helped me and i just needed to bring iur luggages iver at concierge even at the wee hour of 1:30 am. The staff are very accommodating.The hotel is clean and our room are ckean. Very convenient, a good 5 mins walk to Shein Osaka Station.

very close to shin-osaka station, just make sure you get off at the central gate. near 3 konbinis and restaurants like matsuya. the only negative is that the room is too small which is the problem for every med-to-low hotel in japan.

Close to St. Shin Osaka, exit the central gate then turn right until you pass under the bridge, then turn right under the underpass and turn right and you will see the hotel nameplate. The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor. The rooms are clean, there are 2 coin laundry units. Near the convenience store and from the Central gate to the hotel you pass the Midosuji line station, but don't go through there if you want to go to the hotel because you have to pay

This is one of the best budget hotels we have stayed in. The room may appear a little small but has all the amenities. If you are looking for a place only to sleep and freshen up in a very clean bathroom, this is the place. They also provide free drinking water, which helps you save on sundry expenditure, especially in the hot summer days. And the place is very close to station. If you use the East exit of Shin-Osaka station, it takes less than 5 min of walk. There is also a steep stairway next to the hotel building. It looks tempting to use as station is visible just across the tracks. But using the east exit also takes very little time. Suggest hotel management to add a walking map on their website with key landmarks. We will highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good economic holiday.

Lokasi sebenarnya sangat bagus, tapi kami kesulitan mencari exit 7, karena menurut navitime harus keluar di exit 7 sedangkan di peta kereta bawah tanah tidak ada exit 7, akhirnya setelah bertanya ke petugas, mereka mengarahkan keluar ke exit 6.

Very nice hotel... the room was very clean. The furniture was new. The most important thing for us was the location, just 5 minutes walk to Shin Osaka Station. We would surely go back to this hotel again if we were in Osaka.
