Tesoro Ixtapa All Inclusive

Todo ok, hotel muy bonito, comida excelente todo el tiempo, la coctelería bien preparada, personal muy amable. Las habitaciones estuvieron limpias todo el tiempo. Estacionamiento al aire libre pero seguro. Muy buena ubicación. Alberca grande y muy buenas actividades de playa.

Partial view of ocean from balcony, room was spacious and clean, staff was over the top friendly, bar service was excellent and selection was good. Activities were minimal but was not there for that. Excellent location in the middle of a long stretch of level beach to walk and only steps from property.

Overall, it was a decent mid-range resort. The room, public areas, and pool were always very clean. Parts of the hotel are quite dated, however the buffet area has recently been renovated. Food at the buffet was cold each time we tried it. Breakfast was alright since we usually just ate fruit and yogurt, but we went out to eat for dinner each night. During the week the resort was pretty quiet, so we didn't have any issue finding loungers by the pool or beach. However the resort got extremely busy with locals on the weekend and it was hard to find a spot to sit. The beach is beautiful. Also note that free Wifi is not included, even in the all inclusive package! It is an extra cost.

Rooms were clean but in need of repairs and upgrade. No coffee pots in rooms for morning coffee. Fridge only had water. Beach was nice, pool good but in need of some repair.

La habitación estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones generales. El trato del personal fue excelente, al igual que los servicios de bebidas y alimentos.

Room was clean, very roomy, loved having the mini fridge stocked daily with water and drinks - very good drawing card having the mini fridge. Suggestion: change the toilet seat so they fit the toilet (toilet seat too small for the toilet - at times got stuck) Food: Breakfast was excellent; Snack shack was just okay - french fries always cold; ambience of snack shack not great - wish it was more outdoors Suggestion: create theme nites to vary up the menu in evening dinners Staff was excellent!!! Very accommodating and friendly!!

I can’t complain about the service services was great the thing that was in bad condition was the bathroom the smell of humidity the sound of the toilet every time we flush after it had a sound like disinflating a balloon every 30 seconds for 2 minutes will last One more thing I like coffee I could not get a coffee if i don’t seat at a table and not for room service at night time only morning time. they don’t have a coffee station that will be great

The service was not as expected. Staff hardly went around to ask if you needed anything but were quick to get people in trouble over small stuff. They kicked multiple people out of the pool. The staff was not pleasant

Food and drinks below average Rooms clean and good Beach-pool crowded not enough chairs has to get up at 5 am to put towels on. Employees nice!

Food was terrible everyday. All towels are picked up by 9 am & aren’t returned til afternoon, so you can’t bathe until they bring them back! Only 1 restaurant & 1 buffet, & 1 tiny bar inside the hotel. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Never again!

Ac was not cool no fans. Hot in room. Broken chair. Bathrooms was a mess water leaking out shower nonstop. Toilet whistled for minutes after flushing. Food was ok many options open bar. Except for top shelf. We had all inclusive. Security was a bunch of dick heads singling people out. For drink by the pool when others had the pool filled with open cups. Pool was nice easy access to ocean. Staff was accommodating when needed. Store for extra things if needed. Location was close to everything walking distance. For the amount of money spent it could have been a lot better. Also forgot they were remodeling and the drilling was right under my room.

Property to old and limited food options

Check in is horrible! Everything else is ok, but you guys need to do something about check in totally slow and completely inefficient!
