Starting at front desk the team are so warm and welcoming. The room was immaculate. The airconditioning was just right. Bathroom was just the right size. Hotel is right in the middle of everything-10 minutes from train station,shopping and restaurants within easy reachwalk

Good points - really comfy large bed and duvet, climate control in room was excellent, spacious room, great shower, nice staff, good location for shopping/eating, nice and clean, water dispenser machine at reception. Bad points - view from window was right into an office block being constructed, noise early in the morning from building work close-by, area around hotel was like a building site, noisy street with fast cars going flying up and down.

The room was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room. The shower was very good and the ensuite shower room small but good. Downsides were noise from the road traffic late at night at the weekend, narrow uncomfortable single beds, soap ran out in the bathroom and was not replaced, TV did not work (said no-one registered in the room).

I appreciated the idea of the market place on floor 2, but would prefer a staffed bar with full range of drinks, not just beer, wine or gin and tonic. More choice is required if this is the way forward. No upgrade to room offered, although expected it with Expedia.
