Great value for money… lovely decorated rooms, very comfortable/clean throughout. Staff at front desk, bar area and at breakfast all very friendly accommodating and nothing was too much bother. The chaps running the breakfast area were excellent, chatty and more than helpful going beyond their duty at times! Enjoy the stay, very accessible for all areas of shopping, entertainment etc everything walking distance.

I was disappointed. I have stayed here many times before but not for a couple of years and it's gone downhill badly. I found the staff unhelpful mostly. Breakfast was poor - not even marmalade! There were no communal areas available to sit after I had checked out and generally the whole place felt tired

The beds were so small and uncomfortable. Staff looked miserable most of the time. The breakfast was a ridiculous £20pp for basic continental (some fruit and not fresh bakery items). Our bathroom had notably not been deep cleaned for ages, the shower was gross and towels weren’t great either. Overall the worst hotel we stayed at in Belfast. Not worth the money at all. The only thing it has going for it was the location. This chain of hotels have really gone down in quality, will be avoiding them in future.

The hotel needs some TLC - lots of little things needing repaired, making it look tired. Staff were excellent, in particular, Addison in the restaurant, that boy has the perfect demeanor for customer service - give him a pay rise!!

Great staff on arrival and throughout. Room was spacious with pretty much everything you would need including a fridge and a coffee machine. There were also biscuits and a 2 Ferraro Roche. Huge star for that! Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Any requests or issues were actioned immediately. A few critique (which would not stop me staying at the hotel again: the shampoo and body wash were attached to the wall. I had a lovely hot bath but it was a struggle to reach the pump. Some body lotion would have been a nice touch. On the first morning I found the cooked breakfast to be a bit lacking but the French toast on the second morning was absolutely delicious and my daughter’s boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. There was also a help yourself continental breakfast. Sadly for the hotel on the second morning there was quite a substantial leak through the ceiling into the dining room. Not the hotels fault but huge buckets of murky brown water in the middle of the floor where you were trying to eat was a bit off putting. I would respectfully suggest that guests should maybe have been steered to the bar/lounge for breakfast during this emergency. Again, this is meant as constructive feedback and NOT criticism. Thank you

Check in slow, not enough tea or coffee in room asked for extras and only given 2 of each. Was looking forward to nice meal in hotel but due to a flood there wasn’t room in bar area. Great location for going out shopping or having a drink. Made a good French Martini.
