Loved the room and the service - everything felt topnotch! Although it’s a bit away from the popular spots, it offers a peaceful escape for those who appreciate tranquility. They have a shuttle service to other stations that runs about every two hours, which can be inconvenient if you want to head out immediately. It also only stops at one station, with no in-between drop-offs, which I think puts off a lot of guests. You end up needing another ride just to get back to where you want to stop, which doesn’t make much sense given the many loading and offloading points along the way. Unfortunately, that decision takes one star off this review. We ended up using e-trikes the whole time to get to other stations and eventually moved our accommodation closer to the city proper midway through our stay because of the inconvenience of going to and from the city center. If they had scheduled the shuttle every 30 minutes and allowed drop-offs along the way, we probably would have stayed. Then again, e-trikes are readily available for PHP 150.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. my poor review is due to lack of corporate involvement. entire place smelled musty, like mold and mildew, I went to the room and the floor had water all over, the drain pipes in the bathroom were plugged up. I was moping up water om the floor with towels at 10 pm. When i complained I was moved to another room that smelled worse I was later moved to a 3r room which still was less musty. The ventilation system needs to be fixed. i got sick before i left, ha nausea and slight breathing issues.

The internet was ok. Staff is friendly. Lost power a few times but wasn’t affected by it. Transportation for check out was organized by the hotel and payed at the front desk. Room was big and bed was comfortable.

This hotel is definitely not deserving the rating of 9ish/10. You need to ask 3 or 4 times to the staff when you require something. The location is not very good. The breakfast is not appealing at all. The room and decoration are very basic.

The shuttle service is a complete scam! This is my second time in Boracay, and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of their shuttle. They take your money, promising transportation to and from the hotel, but it’s all a setup. I confirmed my arrival details and arrived at Boracay airport only to find no ride waiting for me. Traveling with a large group made things even more difficult to coordinate. My return flight was at 7:20 AM, and I expected at least to have transportation to the airport. However, the concierge told me they don’t offer early morning shuttle service. Instead of enjoying a relaxing vacation, I had to scramble to find transportation for my entire group, which was extremely stressful. The security guards, however, were friendly. If you’re like me and prefer everything to be organized without the hassle, I recommend avoiding this hotel. It’s not worth the headache.

The room was spotless and the staff was exceptional. All and I mean all were pleasant and smiling. They really take care of you. The breakfast was good. Getting meals in Station 1 is a challenge and I recommend paying extra to just be able to grab a bite at the hotel. If you don't want to walk to the beach. Just cool off in the pool. Really the staff stands out here. Just amazing. They all deserve a raise. The security, the concierge, the restaurant staff, pool attendant, house keeping, and the front desk agents. They were all exceptional. The walk to the beach is short, but could be a little challenging if you are older as it goes downhill then uphill to return. Just a fair warning. Even with that I'm giving 5/5 for the amazing staff.
