Fantastic location, shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walking distance. Excellent selection of restaurants and shops from small convenience stores to High end luxury retailer's. Very friendly and helpful staff. We always use this hotel and will be staying there again in a few days time and probably again next time we visit Manila.

This place has changed so much. Last time i was here was 10 years ago. I was so disappointed to have witnessed the dirty room. Full of ants. Dirty Headboard. This place needs some serious work

Their is a problem with one of the lifts but the staff are extremely helpfull and help in every way to counter the problem, great hotel and fantastic location the staff are very friendly and the service is very very good. Stayed many times and will be staying again next week. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Makati near Greenbelt 5.
