Dear Valued Guests, Greetings from Prince Plaza II Makati! Thank you for your upcoming stay with us. Request for OFFICIAL RECEIPT – Please ensure that you have selected “Pay at the Hotel” as mode of payment should you require an Official Receipt from the hotel. The hotel can only issue the Official Receipt if the guest has paid directly at the Hotel Front Desk. The hotel cannot provide an Official Receipt for payments done online. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00PM onwards and check-out time is at 12:00noon. Security deposit of PHP2,000 for 1-3 nights stay or PHP4,000 for 4 nights and above will be collected per room upon check-in and refunded upon check-out should there be no incidentals incurred during the stay. IMPORTANT REMINDER: -PETS are NOT allowed at the property. -We are NOT a quarantine hotel, and were never used as a quarantine facility - For essential business stay, company ID must be presented. -REQUIREMENTS FOR CHECK-IN: Guests will need to present 2 valid Government-issued ID to check-in. For the kids or guests aged 15 years old and below, there is no requirement as long as they are accompanied by parents / guardians. - Our gym is open from 8AM- 5PM. - Our swimming pool is open to our in-house guests free-of-charge (subject to changes without prior notice) . Due to the restricted capacity, please note that advance reservation for the use of the swimming pool is required and can only be arranged after check-in. Maximum of two (2) guests only will be allowed per room per hour in the swimming pool. - Parking space can be arranged at PHP300 per day per slot with our Hotel Reception upon check-in. We are unable to book this in advance as parking slots are on a first come, first served basis. - All special requests such as Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Bedding type (queen or twin beds), Adjacent Rooms etc. are all still subject to room availability upon check-in. - Maximum of two (2) visitors is allowed to go up to the guest floors/rooms until 10:00PM only.
