A very pleasant stay. Walking distance to train & buses. The front desk staff is very prompt & polite in her services. Many eateries within the vicinity.

Dusty and hairs lying around. Need some improvement for the housekeeping department. Overall is alright but I felt is not worth paying too much for it during the peak periods. I booked using the SRV partially so no deposit is required and check out by just returning the cards to them.

I was on VTL route but I did not inform the hotel about it before going, as a result, they did not prepare a room for VTL travellers for me. In the end they free upgraded me to double room with late check out. Thank you. And because VTL travellers could not leave the hotel until pcr result is out so the hotel staff offered to help me buy dinner, so nice of them. The interior is simple yet stylish, it may be a little small but good enough for 1-2 nights stay, with free minibar and elegant toiletries pouch, this is super good deal. The bed is super comfortable with four pillows, super nice. The white linen was a little itchy perhaps due to some loosen threads, so I put it away and use only the comforter. Overall the stay was comfortable, pleasant and super worth it. Will definitely stay at Hotel Yan again if needed. Full of eateries around the hotel, so not to worry to run out of food. Convenient store is just opposite the premise too. Good 👍

Nice looking lobby. The receptionist was helpful and receptive. Free minibar. Room - bed was comfortable. Toilet was good. Only complaint will be the furniture (e. G. Table) and walls were slightly old and had tears.

Room was huge, location is great. Love how the industrial design are made. Lobby was great, you could feel the homey feeling but unstructured in terms of everything on there. Unfortunately room was not cleaned properly, smell of pissed and others, bed was a bit messy, spider web on the ceiling. It was a very unfortunate that the room and building was not properly maintained. It was a lovely building and design though.

Booked Deluxe double with balcony but the balcony seems to be abandoned. filled with bird poops and dead plants. can't even enjoy the view. not worth the money spent.

Hotelnya super nyaman. Lokasi deket dengan MRT Lavender. Ada balkon buat healing bengong sore-sore. AC dingin. Dapet minibar. Kekurangannya, seperti hotel lain di Singapura, sempit. Tapi mereka siasati dengan high ceiling. Good job. Mudah-mudahan harga hotel di SG bisa kayak sebelum pandemi lagi.
