Very recommended for a solo traveller who wants to have some private space instead of a hostel. The staff are super friendly and helpful if you have a problem regarding check in/out, you also can leave your suitcase at the front lobby when you check out in case you want to explore more for the day. The shared bathroom at the 4th floor is clean and nice. Overall very great experience, thanks!

The hotel is just exactly like the photo. It is a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel. They have an iron for clothes, a kitchen, a water dispenser for cold and hot water, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a bathroom in a common space, so you need to share with others. When I stayed there, I did not need to queue for all of this. Please ensure your mobile phone can use Wi-Fi to get your room e-key. There is an admin who can reply to or answer your question for 24 hours by WhatsApp. I will stay here again next time. Thank you.

The hotel is clean, and the AC is okay but not recommended for families and couples, especially those with small children. I happened to take a single bed because my husband and I were there, initially because the reviews were good and the rating was above 8, I just took it but when I arrived at the location, it was a bit like I was pranked 😅 because I had to self check in and download the application from my cellphone first, then it was really slow because I had to scan my passport and wait for the key in the application to turn on (it's digital, so you have to be patient 😅). There was no staff or receptionist at all, I was forced to chat with the admin's WA, so it was double the work. From the application yes (digital), from the admin also yes (manual). When I arrived at the room, I was even more pranked, the room was quite narrow and the position of the bed was really weird, it was on top! 😅 then the stairs up, just a table and a makeshift step. It's really dangerous if you slip, especially if someone just wakes up and is still half conscious, I don't really recommend it, especially if you're pregnant, plus the bathroom and toilet are really far away 😅 you have to leave the room and go up to the 3rd floor, joining the other guests (the girls' bathroom is on the 3rd floor, the boys' bathroom is on the 2nd floor). If you need to poop or pee in the middle of the night, just imagine it yourself. For the location in Chinatown, there are lots of places to eat and you can walk to the mall and MRT.

Hotel is near from night bazaar Chinatown, easy access by bus/MRT, near from souvenir store. The facility was great, clean room but the rugs [are] a little bit smelly but it's okay when [the] AC [is] on. The shared bathroom [is] clean every time. I have [a] problem while check[ing] in near midnight & I contact[ed] [the] hotel by Whatsapp & [they were] very responsive to help me check in by [the] app. Thank you St Signature Chinatown, it's a great experience for [a] solo traveler 👍🏼

Love this place. Nice place. Very fast response from owner. Good service. Great accommodation. Especially good Chinatown location. Who wants to explore Chinatown, this place is highly recommended. Check in & check out system which makes guest easy.

Hotel dengan sistem check in sendiri. Hotel dan kamarnya dingin dan bersih. Staff nya gampang dihubungi dan friendly. Kamarnya kecil. Kamar mandinya di lantai 3 jadi untuk kamar di lantai 2 harus naik tangga dulu untuk ke kamar mandinya. Untuk deposit harus menggunakan rekening bank.

The room is great and the staffs despite being online is very helpful! The only thing I don't like much is the bathroom that is at that time a bit dirty. I'd love to come here again in the future.

Always my favorite place to stay in Singapore. Clean, worth the price, seamless check-in/check-out experience. They don't have elevator though and the rooms run until 4th floor, so please be mindful of your luggage if you decided to stay here.

I had a pleasant stay at ST signature Chinatown the room is clean and cozy though I hope that the shared toilets is just within the floor where the room is. Its quite a hassle to walk up to the 3rd floor to shower and use the toilet. But overall I will still recommend backpackers and light travelers to check out ST signature Chinatown Hotel.

Unique way to check in Singapore. I am happy with the friendly and fast service. I ordered a room with window, but when I checked in I didn't get it, then the Cs gave it. I am very satisfied living here. Clean and comfortable. Not difficult to get to MRT station. Closed to food center in China town.

Very good, like it very much, next time will definitely stay here again. This hotel has its own application as well. can contact the staff He was very quick to respond and super friendly and was able to check in and check out online. Here, when checking in, I'm not at the hotel. Traveling is very convenient, not wasting time traveling as well. The bedroom is a bit narrow, but clean, smells good, the air conditioner is very cold, the bathroom is very clean, recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is convenient too. There are a lot of food around, near maxwell hawker too 👍🏿 As for the way to come, take the bus and walk closer to the mrt chinatown. You can search for a way to come in the citymapper. Let's go.

Hotel is clean. Small room but cozy and comfortable. It's located in central area, very convenient to travel around by MRT or bus or even walking. Check in/out or when you want to find a help could be solved through its app promptly. Though I haven't met any staffs there but can feel they're very friendly and hospitality.
