Second stay at Alexandre Gala and the services provided met expectations, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The food was good and well-prepared. The room was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice looking hotel inside and out. Good location. The spa is nice and massages good value. Natalia on reception is lovely, a real credit to your team. The food was nice and a great variety. Unfortunately let down by a few points - the dining hall is chaos. Poorly laid out. Often hard to find a cleared/clean table. Hard to get staffs attention for a drink in the dining hall. No irons are available for guests - we were told to use the laundry (fee). Found it unusual that the exact same drinks are served so differently for all inclusive / non all inclusive guests. For example, the exact same cocktails are served in nice glasses and with fruit decorations etc to paid guests but to all inclusive guests come in small basic glasses with no fruit etc. Another example, soft drinks are served in pint glasses with lemons for paying guests but plastic cups for all inclusive guests. It feels like all inclusive guests are penalised for some reason. Evening / bar snacks are almost non existent so fill up on dinner! Overall however - decent value for money.

Clean lovely large room, staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay in this beautiful hotel again.

The flat was very nicely situated in the old town with the ability to get to all the sites and the many restaurants & bars. The flat its self was situated in the 7th floor of a 1950”s building with a very old fashion 2 person lift that did not work very well and at times not at all. The walk up 7 flights of stairs was very tiring after walking all day. The water pressure and hot water to the shower was again very hit & miss. The beds were comfortable, 3 doubles and 1 single room. Contact with the owner was very poor so our questions went unanswered.

Place was clean it just wasnt for me. Good enough to rest your head. Service in the dining room was awful staff arguing with each other and felt like a bad canteen took ages to get drinks served and at times weren’t offered any at all. Good choice of food but felt like cattle being served with noisy servers slopping all the leftovers into tubs in front of you as you were eating.

Cant complain about anything, we asked for a room upgrade on booking and to our surprise they had done so, even with a bottle of bubbly. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy and large. Would stay again.

The hotel was really good.. Perfect location, walking distance to restaurant, shops and beach.. Lovel spa and great pool area.. I spent a week with my daughter at Alexandre Gala and we liked it.. Just one think what i didn't like its the breakfast, and coffee ..but that's just my opinion.. I recommended the hotel and i will gladly come back. Thank you for the good time...

Everything was great however no clear indication of what food and drinks where in the all inclusive package outside of the dinning hall.

Check in/out easy. The hotel is very nice, great pool area. Enjoyed the spa. Half board was a bonus…I didn’t know I booked that option…saved a lot of money on food! Beds are harder, room cleaned everyday, coffeemaker in room.

Anybody reading this take stock, booked this hotel on a quick break to Tenerife. The hotel was excellent, Location walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Management were very professional, polite, helpful. Catering staff took pride in their hospitality making sure food was presented and cooked to a high standard Cleaning staff who were always extremely busy in hotel and accommodation, pool and bar deserved a special mention. 35 years travelling hotels with business and pleasure, far more than most people could imagine this hotel provides everything you need. Some major chain hotels in uk could do with a week holiday here to understand customer focus. Thank you I will return.

Great hotel

Had a very pleasant stay here. The staff have been very kind and even gave me a bottle of fizz to celebrate my birthday. Everything is pretty much walkable. Only a couple of issues, the music from Veronica’s blares at silly o’clock in the morning, you have to pay for drinks (even water) when you have half board (dinner/lunch). The waiters can just rush you when you have either just sit down or are mid mouthful. Other than that, first time solo travelling and i felt very safe and very frequently people!

overal it was clean, great location and staf was very friendly no problem there, however must point few issues not much food choices very repetitive, tv exploaded in middle of the night sorted next day t bff tho but was not pleasant experince, 3days room not claned despite having “please clean my room sign” on the door and going out, getting to the room is not convinient, all rooms are with balcony but noone tells you prior booking your is on the ground with option to upgrade. at dinner time even water costs 2,50€ as thre is no jar or dispenser available.

The cleaning of the room each morning and loved how they made our beds and cleaned our bathroom but their was one thing that was not good and it was the night club every night till four in the morning. Did not get much sleep apart from that our stay was lovely and would return again thank you

The hotel had everything you could want for a holiday. I asked for a quiet room and was upgraded to a superior room. One of the female bar staff (entertainment bar)was quite surly. The toilet in the bathroom was a little too low which could present a problem for the elderly with mobility problems.
