Second stay at Alexandre Gala and the services provided met expectations, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The food was good and well-prepared. The room was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything would need a fix. Floor on the room was broken and everything looked very used in the room. Service was not good in restaurant and food was not special. You need to pay extra for everything that is normally in other hotels included like safety deposit and water in restaurant.

Nice looking hotel inside and out. Good location. The spa is nice and massages good value. Natalia on reception is lovely, a real credit to your team. The food was nice and a great variety. Unfortunately let down by a few points - the dining hall is chaos. Poorly laid out. Often hard to find a cleared/clean table. Hard to get staffs attention for a drink in the dining hall. No irons are available for guests - we were told to use the laundry (fee). Found it unusual that the exact same drinks are served so differently for all inclusive / non all inclusive guests. For example, the exact same cocktails are served in nice glasses and with fruit decorations etc to paid guests but to all inclusive guests come in small basic glasses with no fruit etc. Another example, soft drinks are served in pint glasses with lemons for paying guests but plastic cups for all inclusive guests. It feels like all inclusive guests are penalised for some reason. Evening / bar snacks are almost non existent so fill up on dinner! Overall however - decent value for money.

La nostra camera era molto ampia più di quello che ci aspettavamo . Molto pulita . Il buffet era molto vario e si qualità . La spiaggia accessibile anche con ascensore . Ogni sera spettacolo diverso . Bella vacanza ci tornerei .

Wir haben aufgrund einer Empfehlung ein Zimmer in dieser Unterkunft gebucht. Leider waren unsere Erwartungen im Vergleich zu dem, was wir bekamen, zu hoch. Das Personal war nicht sehr nett, die Rezeptionisten schienen keine Freude an ihrer Arbeit zu haben. Der Boden und die Türklinken im Zimmer klemmten, das Badezimmer war schimmelig. Der Lärm von draußen im Zimmer war bei geschlossener Tür nicht störend, aber man konnte nicht lüften, da man wegen des Lärms nicht schlafen konnte. Das war ziemlich störend. Die Betten sollten mal überprüft werden, da sie stark quietschten. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, aber ich würde es nicht als herausragend bezeichnen, und mehrmals gab es ein Gericht, das als laktosefrei gekennzeichnet war, es aber nicht war. Leider haben wir das selbst erlebt. Beim Frühstück lief eine Kakerlake im Restaurant herum, was auf einer Insel vorkommt, aber das Personal tat so, als ob es sie nicht bemerkt hätte. Auf Anfrage wurde sie aus dem Restaurant entfernt. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass mein Partner krank wurde und wir seine Temperatur messen wollten, aber die Rezeptionistin sagte, das Thermometer sei kaputt, lass uns eins in der Apotheke kaufen. Ich denke, ein Thermometer gehört an einem solchen Ort zur Grundausstattung. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist tagsüber voller Müll, und nachts wimmelt es nur so von Drogenabhängigen und Prostituierten. Insgesamt denke ich, dass wir für dieses Geld ein viel besseres Hotel hätten finden können.

Clean lovely large room, staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay in this beautiful hotel again.

The flat was very nicely situated in the old town with the ability to get to all the sites and the many restaurants & bars. The flat its self was situated in the 7th floor of a 1950”s building with a very old fashion 2 person lift that did not work very well and at times not at all. The walk up 7 flights of stairs was very tiring after walking all day. The water pressure and hot water to the shower was again very hit & miss. The beds were comfortable, 3 doubles and 1 single room. Contact with the owner was very poor so our questions went unanswered.

Très bon emplacement

La struttura è veramente bella, molto pulita e curata, con tante belle piante, ampi spazi per il relax così la gente non è mai ammassata. Piscina e idromassaggio tenuti molto bene, acqua pulita e quella dell'idromassaggio gradevolmente calda. La nostra camera davvero bella e spaziosa con ampi letti, anche per nostro figlio, il bagno anche molto grande e dotato di ogni comfort. Animazione semplice, più la sera e in particolare per bambini piccoli, mancava intrattenimento per la fascia 8/13 anni. Unica pecca è stato il cibo, molto poco vario e secondo me più gradito alla clientela tedesca e inglese o comunque del nord Europa cui peraltro era la maggioranza.

Place was clean it just wasnt for me. Good enough to rest your head. Service in the dining room was awful staff arguing with each other and felt like a bad canteen took ages to get drinks served and at times weren’t offered any at all. Good choice of food but felt like cattle being served with noisy servers slopping all the leftovers into tubs in front of you as you were eating.

Cant complain about anything, we asked for a room upgrade on booking and to our surprise they had done so, even with a bottle of bubbly. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy and large. Would stay again.

Maten i restauranten var ikke bra, manglet påfyll til frokost

Las camas en las habitaciones hace décadas que no las cambian: tienen los muelles característicos de los 80. Amenities bastante justillas. El comedor muy mejorable: no se puede pedir el punto de la carne en el show cooking (todo acaba carbonizado).

Hotellet var helt ok. Rommet vårt hadde noen flekker både på senga og gardiner. Frokost var ikke så bra. Vi benyttet ikke hotellet basseng da vi syntes det så skittent ut. Man kunne ikke se bunn og vannet var tåkete. Ellers grei beliggenhet og hyggelig folk som jobber der.
