Hôtel bien situé pour les visites et pour les parcs d’attractions, proche des commerces restaurants et boutiques. Pour les fêtards boîte de nuit à disposition en bas de l’hôtel (pas terrible pour les touristes qui veulent dormir en paix) pensez à demander une chambre au calme autrement hôtel nickel.

Tout très bien sauf le personnel de la reception peu aimable et n'aide pas en cas de besoin!

Lovely stay at Alexande Gala. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of space at the pool, although sadly some people would claim their spots early and not appear until the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue with being overcharged on checkout but this was later resolved. Food was OK, a good range but not always to my taste or very warm. Spa was lovely on an overcast day. Central location, just off the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants very nearby. Great spot to go for a walk to Costa Adeje or Los Cristianos. Only advice is to keep an eye on what you order, all purchases are added to your room and you pay at the end, you could easily overspend if you aren't careful.

Hotellet havde en rigtig god beliggenhed, men rengøringen af værelset var mangelfuld. Der blev kun skiftet håndklæder, mens badeværelset ikke blev gjort ordentligt rent. Derudover fungerede Wi-Fi ikke.

La nourriture est médiocre. Le bruit est omniprésent dans tout l’hôtel. Impossible de dormir le soir entre les boîtes de nuit, les bars à l’extérieur et la musique, trop forte du mini disco et du spectacle, du soir, des odeurs d’œuf, pourris jusqu’à la réception du aux égouts, bref à éviter.

Wurde versucht ein minderwertiges abgewohntes Zimmer zu geben. Angeblich kein besseres Standartzimmer frei. Erst nach Weigerung einen Aufpreis für Club Alexandre zu zahlen, war dann doch ein besseres Zimmer frei. Auch dieses Zimmer hatte kleinere Mängel (kaputte Abfalleimer, Ameisen, etwas laut). Der russische Rezeptioniist verkauft einen für dumm und ist arogant. Hat wohl selbst auch wenig Entscheidungsbefugnis. Boden im Speisesaal ist unterirdisch, runtergefallenes wird während der Schicht nicht entfernt. Tische putzen sie mit immer demselben Lappen un Sprühflasche. Man darf nichts sagen, sonst wird man bei der Bedienung am Tisch und Buffet ignoriert.

Excellent staff - intermittent WiFi and one of the lifts broken all week

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the booking, I did not receive the half-board option. I suspect this may have been related to Hotels.com rather than the hotel itself. The hotel amenities were good and the food was really enjoyable. We requested a quiet room and the hotel accommodated this, although the area can be quite busy at night so some noise was unavoidable. The location was very convenient, though walking around the area in the evenings sometimes felt a bit uncomfortable. There was also a locker in the room available for an extra fee. I had an issue with my luggage lock and the hotel staff helped resolve it, which I really appreciated. The evening shows were also a nice touch and added to the overall experience. Overall it is a comfortable hotel in a convenient location.

Clean room. Staff friendly. Good system you can book to your room. Nice grand lobby, good functions arcade rooms, children rooms. Few pools, park.

Très bon hôtel. Suite aux différents commentaires que nous avons pu lire avant d’y aller, nous avons longuement hésité à maintenir la réservation. La meilleure façon n’est pas de lire les commentaires mais de vous rendre au gala pour voir par vous-même. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable, la cuisine est de très bonne qualité, les spectacles le soir sont de très bonne qualité également. Il y a deux piscines extérieures, l’une n’est pas chauffée et donc est assez froide, l’autre est chauffée et elle est à bonne température pour s’y baigner. L’hôtel dispose d’un spa, très agréable, grand et propre. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités aux abords de l’hôtel, pharmacie, restaurants, boutiques, etc. Pour résumer nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à six ( trois adultes et trois enfants ).

Room was very run down, balcony was very small. Food was edible but most of the hot food was cold. Gym in the spa was very old equipment, poor hygiene and not cleaned very often. Felt like I was totally ripped off staying here.

Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter in diesem Hotel mit all inclusive. Das Zimmer war sauber ausser die Vorhänge waren verdrekt und in Badezimmer hatten wir schimmel. Das Zimmer hatte keine Heizung und kühlte in der Nacht zumteil auf 14-15 Grad ab. Unsere Tochter und wir haben gefrohren, wir haben einen kleinen Heizlüfter bei der Reseption erhalten, der beim gebrauch komisch roch. Die Fenster waren nicht und der zog ins Zimmer. Das Hotel hatte drei Lifte bei der Reseption und 2 Lifte wurden abgestellt. Wieso wissen wir nicht, mit einem Kinderwagen mussten wir mehrmals die Treppen benutzen. Das Restaurant war dreckig, die Tische wurden lausig gereinigt, die Tischsets wurden meistens nur umgedreht, die Kinderstühle mussten wir reinigen, da alle sehr verdreckt waren. Das Essen war geschmacklos/fad und vielfach verkocht. Die Essensauswahl war sehr eintönig und nie lokal. Die Kellner haben uns teilweise nicht bedient und ignoriert. Am zweitletzten Tag haben wir eine Riesenkakerlake zwischen den Tischen gsehen. Die Aussentische und Böden wurden nie gereinigt. Das Hotel hat die vier Sterne nicht verdiehnt. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
